Don’t waste your time. Ask for a sub to made with a wrap instead of the bread they only give you 25% of the principal ingredients. I had 5 pieces of chicken and 3 leafs of greens and 1 half tomato and hardly any sauce. I wouldn’t waste you hard earned money at subway anymore if they do malicious things like this

The restaurant was clean and the staff handling of the various food components was excellent. The customer in front of me identified they had allergies and the staff member washed changed gloves cleaned their hands properly and then regloved.The sub was excellent and they did. Good job of listening to the various guest requests

Very modern decor, fast friendly service, and very tasty Steak and Cheese sub. They have one of the pop dispensers that lets you add cherry vanilla or other flavors to your choice. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. Highly recommended.

I've been to this location in the past, but I avoided it because I felt unwelcome. It felt like a toxic work environment and I was treated like an inconvenience. I haven't been here in 2 years because of it.I regret giving it another shot. Everything seemed great at first, and the worker who served us seemed super friendly. We were initially super happy with the service, and both tipped (which we now regret doing because of how rudely we were treated by him after). This worker sounded to possibly be East Indian (I'm not 100% sure of his ethnicity and I don't like even bringing it up, I'm only mentioning it to identify him as we're unsure of what his name was).After receiving our order, we drove home. I ordered a meatball sub, and upon opening it, neither of us could see the meatballs or marinara sauce. The sub was otherwise beautifully made and full of vegetables. Whenever I get meatball subs, the meatballs and marinara sauce are usually clearly visible and overflowing out of the sub - but we couldn't see any meatballs or indication of the sauce, so we both assumed they forgot to add it. We've had minor mistakes from this drive-thru in the past, so we just assumed that's all it was, not a big deal.We live very close and promptly returned. The girl who greeted us was friendly seemed concerned and wanted to fix the issue. She spoke on her headset to describe the issue to co-workers, then awkwardly asked if we wanted her to throw the sub away for us.No problem. We brought the sub with us to exchange it, so we handed it over. Instead of throwing it out, she left it on the counter top by the cash, took the details of the order to remake it, and let the other worker know. We both noticed that she didn't throw it out (I'd have assumed she would have due to COVID and cross-contamination concerns). Pre-COVID days, I'd normally just have requested to have the meatballs and sauce added to same sub to avoid waste and effort.I'd have preferred to be asked to look through it myself in front of them to inspect, and maybe have just requested a side of sauce and return home once I found out we were mistaken)The same guy who served us came up to the window, grabbed the sub to inspect it, and then shoved it out the window, looked angry and started pointing at the sub and condescendingly started saying So you said there's no meatballs

No Paper towel/ no way to dry hands in the washroom. No wastebasket outside the stalls.The meats and cheese trays were very untidy.

Sub always seems to be well made. Most reviews mention the store to be clean but I found it dirty....sticky tables filthy mats on floor. Wish they would do a better job cleaning.

Ordered on the app, it was on time, everything was as ordered and delicious, very courteous, and when they called to tell me they were out of the bread I chose they were very polite.

Store is clean and has ample amount of seating for dine in. Drive thru is quick and efficient. Ingredients are fresh. Staff are always quick and friendly.
