Dr. Anca Pop - Family Physician

Receptionists are rude, entitled, and disrespectful. As well, blatantly talk about confidential patients amongst themselves and other patients loudly in common areas. Absolutely no care or respect for the patients. If you have mental health issues, don't bother going here especially as a male, as they DO NOT care about you.The doctor is routinely gone for half the year so good luck getting consistent service, and they're covering doctor won't do anything to help you or show compassion. As they don't actually care for their patients.If you want a doctor's office you can only call on a full moon on a Tuesday between the hours of 1 pm and 1:05pm when the wind is blowing southwest at 30 knots, or you want to slowly degrade away and die to a lack of patient care and negligence than this is the Doctor's office for you.Did I mention the receptionists are the worst?

WE have been with Dr Pop for years she is the best very attentive and a no nonsense doctor. Her staff up till recently was excellent .But the new person i have found needs attitude adj i find her very rude the last time i called regarding a prescription for my husband. I will be speaking with Dr Pop regarding this matter the next time we see her

I have followed Dr. Pop from Woodstock to London and have always found her engaging and ready to help me whenever I have called. The staff have also been helpful and have always followed through with my requests. This pandemic has surely brought on frayed nerves but not with this office.

Called to inquire if the practice was accepting new patients. Was told no, I wasnt expecting to hear yes, as I'm aware there is a high demand currently. The receptionist was rude and her tone was unnecessary. I was very polite and even nice. Perhaps she may be annoyed by being asked. But so am I. Calling around and being rejected isnt fun. Especially if your children need care. She needs an attitude check as she isn't the only person put out.
