Empowering Support Services

My son attends Empowering Support Services. He has Autism, is non verbal and globally delayed, with very complex needs. Finding the right fit for him was extremely challenging. The Programs that we tried, were not prepared for the level of care and support he requires, and we were asked to find alternative care. Empowering Support Services embraced my son, where he was at, offering him opportunities for growth and development, while tailoring his day, to meet his individual strengths and needs. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, patient, committed, dependable and empathetic. They are an amazing resource for our family, and afford me the peace of mind, to send my son out in the world, knowing that he will be treated with respect and dignity.

My daughter has Autism. She has a quirky sense of humour and likes to test people. She's bossy. In the public school system she had 1:1 help and still managed to get away from them. She needs constant supervision to keep her safe.I made the difficult decision to remove her from the school system, as she got more and more mischief under her belt. I enrolled her at Empowering Support Services because they had good reviews and were recommended to me.Not a day goes by that I don't thank my lucky stars for them.They are always on top of my daughter's behaviors. They are firm when they need to be, positive, fun and boy, do they know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone.
