This location always seems unorganized. Staff do not seem to acknowledge customers as fast as other locations, simple orders take a very long time (bagle took about 15 minutes on my last order). It is like the staff have not been trained in customer service or may not actually care. Many times staff are talking amongst themselves ignoring customers.

Worst experience with this restaurant. Staff is unskilled. Tasteless food and coffee. They didn’t provide me the same stuff that I ordered.

Incident on 17 November, 2022 @6:00pm.The girl on the counter was sneezing in her hands, no mask or gloves.Putting the same hands in the doughnut glass display and picking out items without gloves.Disgusting and unhygienic.Never going back.

Keep trying to give benefit of the doubt but nothing changed, would give 0 stars if I could !- ALWAYS unorganized , not one knows what's going on, most of the time they're just standing around doing nothing and customers waiting , no one knows where they're supposed to be- 98% of the time my drink orders are wrong and/ or cold- 99% the foods been wrong and cold- have seen multiple employees not wash their hands or change gloves, tho they rarely wear gloves. I've seen people on cleaning jump over to making food.. or people grabbing food out of display shelves bare handedly..-employees do not acknowledge customers at all,not focused, talking with others, most of the time I'm repeating orders-almost always speaking in different language to other co workers when I'm trying to place order- looong wait to even get your order. Which is usually wrong.. rude looks and remarks when you say something..I could go on and on. Tried asking for supervisor several times and nothings happened.So 0 Stars. Would not recommend

Went there last week or the week before-15 minutes before the mall closed ( They were still open) and they wouldn't serve me saying they were closed. I won't be back.

If I'm going to pay for bacon I would like you to put it on it. It's annoying to get home and not have it there. Like who's going to drive back for that.

You will literally die of old age before getting your order, if by some miracle you don't, your order will be cross contaminated. Nothing like garlic cream cheese smeared on the outside of a buttered bagel. If you have a few hours to kill why not come to this Tim Hortons and wait in a line of maybe 3 other ppl for what seems like forever and bond over the shared experience.

No wonder why this location has that much low rating. 1 hour ago to close they said no bagels. Long que and only 1 girl was working. I m surprised that a big brand like Tim hortons has this kind of reputation.
