The Dispatcher was very helpful which required a lot since I didn't know exactly where I was. Cliff the driver was very professional, safety conscious, and friendly. Overall a bad situation was made better with their service. Thank you guys!

I was with a friend in Lethbridge and she had a flat. TNT was fantastic! The service man , Josh, was so friendly and helpful. He efficiently changed the tire and suggested where to go to have the tire repaired. Josh is a real asset to TNT towing and he said he loves his job!

I was having vehicle troubles so I called for a tow from my house to the dealership, I was given a reasonable wait time that I could work with which was great. Within a few hours their driver showed up, Cliff! Amazing Tow specialist, very personable guy, 12 years in the game, lots of experience and knew exactly what he was doing.Cliff took the time to make sure procedures were followed and that everything was safe. Took the time to explain everything to me like a kind human being even though he didn’t have to, and made sure that every detail of the trip was taken care of, the vehicle drop off, the keys, and especially me, made sure I was good and had transportation home. High recommendation for Cliff as a technician!!! Very impressed

It was a great experience as the tow truck operator was very friendly and helpful as it was a scary experience for my mom at the age of 76 as she had a damaged front stearing tire and a improper spare tire as the tow truck operator had advised the rim was rubbing the front caliper as the car had to be towed and it ended up being a safe experience for my family as a peaceful conclusion made the difference of believing in good workmanship and service .I recommend TNT towing as i know i can count on them in difficult situations thankyou.

Crashed and broke my front wheel and was a crying mess from it, I'm so thankful for the team who had helped me. The lady at the front desk was super nice and very understanding. She had sent cliff ( I believe I'm so Sorry)who was a really amazing person and the two of them ensured that I got every I needed and taken care of. They even ensured I made it to my home, the service was affordable and very reliable. They got to me in the city within 45 minutes time. However, it was very busy. I had watched multiple of their trucks drive by that day, so I understood that it was a bit of a wait time. 10/10 recommend their tow service. Thank you so much!

On my way from Calgary to Lethbidge for service job my rear right wheel decided to go on it's own, snapping 4 of 5 wheel studs. Luckily, I found it before the stud #5 was snapped (((I call CAA and they arranged the tow.Cliff from TNT was very helpful: found me in the middle of nowhere on Hwy 3, tow me to the local shop and even give me a ride to the my job site.Top service and good personality.
