Patrick was amazing - I had just moved into Nelson that day and within hours managed to lock myself out of my new place. Since it was after hours I had to leave a message at their 24/7 service line, and without fail Patrick called me back and was on his way to help. I was so thankful! I am so grateful for his service. He made my first day in Nelson one to remember with his kind words and genuine conversation as he worked away, which was much appreciated after a long day and made things feel more like home. I would recommend Patrick to anyone in need of help, he's got your back!

I have been to Tu-Dor Lock and Security three times in the last few months, and each time I have been blown away by their customer service. They fixed my car's overly sensitive alarm (something that I had previously been told was unfixable), they patiently walked me through my first purchase of a safe, and when I immediately locked the keys in that safe, they replaced it for me. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and make pesky chores into something relatively fun. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We recently bought a new home, and needed to get new locks for the doors. They had a variety of options available, and once we made our selection they were quick and efficient making sure all the keys worked on all the locks. When I got home, I realized i needed a longer latch piece than was included, and when I went back they were able to set me up with the correct piece. It even required a little customization to make it work.Customer service was Tops, and I would definitely return for any security needs.

First day in town and I can't find the keys to my new place. 3 hours in the hot sun going through boxes, looking for the keys, I'm a sweaty mess, the front patio looks like a disaster, my new neighbours are worried about their property values plummeting.....I give up.I call Tu-Dor.In less than 5 minutes they arrive. Problem fixed. In less than 10 min from placing the call I'm enjoying a drink at my new place. Wish I had called first thing. So do the neighbours.

Great service.After having trouble getting key-copies to work in my front door deadbolt, I brought the lock-set to these guys and in 5 minutes I left with 2 spare keys that worked perfectly.Very satisfied.

We bought a car key from Patrick, had it programmed and also had service done on the ignition. Patrick provided excellent service at such a great price! These guys are trustworthy and skilled with the services they provide and we won't hesitate in returning if we need their services again. We highly recommend Tu-Dor!
