Inspect your vehicle before taking out of the yard. I had few cars that had missing catalytic converters , Battery, Door Handels etc.

I'v been in the tow business for a few decades now and have dealt with copart regularly during this time span.  I'v picked up and dropped off hundreds of vehicles to their various yards, and the process is very very efficient and seamless. nice clean yard well managed.Their Driver App is definitely ahead of its time and makes my time in and out of their yard very fast (less than 10 minutes Tops.Other yards (eg. Impact Auto also known as IAA ) have me and my drivers waiting much longer then 2 to 3 hours and it hurts my business (time is money!).Aside from the actual work, Coparts staff is always friendly and make my time enjoyable whenever I'm dealing with them.There loaders go above and beyond to help Drivers load and off load the cars when help is needed no questions asked amazing company to Sub haul for.

He cars that were suppose to be run and drive ..first car had the oil filter ripped off and no engine oil in it ..got started by employee…2 second car had worn clutch wouldn’t go in gear at all go forward or backwards..3 car was hit in the rear and transmission was blown …missing alternator…belts were ripped off due sizing from sitting to long ..manager excuse was for the ripped belts was …rat issue and they tend to eat cars belts and wires …stupid thing to say to a customer that u have rat problem and don’t care about it

Copart is a group of thieves. Don't deal with them. I've warned you.

This place is set up for bad faith business folk. Most of the auctions you can enter as a business have holds on them. So if you do win an auction the seller will stay at his price (which most of the time is above market value).do not waste your time and money here, save your time and just buy from a dealer or privately.I was warned about it, but took the chance thinking it could not be that bad. Winning a few auctions and having the seller sit on their over priced tag, made realize how bad of a place this is.I can’t say it enough; very bad faith business. It’s just a retail dealer, that hides as an auction house.

I can honestly say, Copart Toronto went above and beyond in their interaction with me as a first time customer.I used their car broker service and everything from the administration to the purchasing of my vehicle via the auction went seamlessly.I received excellent customer service from their front line staff and broker and they have been there every step of the way to guide me through the buying process.I’m very grateful for their service and give them the highest recommendation.

Watch out what you buy as the fees are higher then the price of the vehicle, no options for the buyer, no négociation, no comments...I had a force major of emergency surgery with medical proof ...hehey no options for us, just pay all the bill, too banal and birocratic as usual

Bad customer service. They are not professional people. Description of vehicle is not true, try to hide damage pictures, over charges on storage and other services basically try to give you hard time from all angles …..Please stay away. Head office should take action Copart Toronto yard staff. Rude customer service.
