When there have been issues with unexpected delays on my part, Chris has been understanding and accommodating - he always finds a proposed solution to make sure that we can still meet deadlines.In my years of working with Standard Media, I've only had one minor issue, which was that the colour of a printed CD jewel case did not turn up exactly as it appeared in a proof, and there was a slight blemish in the way the cases were cut.
