I have been purchasing mobile last 6 years from shital, she is always to be polite with customers and giving you good deals. Recently I had a billing issues with a bell mobile and she resolve my problem very honestly. I would say that she had a really nice experience with mobile retailing.

Very bad experience to get IPhone & number port to rogers here, so many wrong commitment given and nothing come out when find my first bill from rogers. Not at all recommended this place, please avoid this place to get cheated.

I should read the review before I go to the store. The lady provided me a terrible comstomer service. And the store is a lie to keep their sales indeed. I got charge more than I told. And the lady ignore me most of the time. And she doesn't explain things until I insist. I just want to return the phone because of her lie. but she has so many excuses to not to do so. And I have to contact the district manager myself. I shouldn't be the one taking the consequences. She is. I bought so many phones there in the past ten years. And this is the worst service I got.

Highly recommended!! Helped me find the best deal and got me $150 discount!! Shital Was very helpful and polite to me even when I constantly asked her questions about the deal. Moreover, she also helped me get a better service provider with 20% discount on my mobile plan.

Great experience in upgrade phones for myself and son...found Shital was quite knowledgeable, patient answering questions and found ways to save me money with right plan and discounts. Tremendous help in transfer of data from old phone to new.I would recommend Mobile Shop to family and friends and use them again. Gang of Liars! They told me S20FE has 300$ store credit in PC points, 100$ more for trading any cellphone total 400$. I checked wallmart they were providing 200$ gift cards. So, I came to them, showed the lady the hand written document of total 2 year package the guy offered in the morning. She told, that's correct, so she gave me the phone and asked me to switch data. As I am done with that (took an hour), she is telling they can offer only 200$ (100$ for S20FE and 100$ for old handset)!Updated review after response:It went worse. I had to push your management. You don't really value the customer service. It won't hurt you if you value it.
