Gord came to my home to clean my white linen dining room chairs. He was extremely communicative in setting up the appointment, and when he arrived he was very professional. He knew what he was talking about and helped me to pick the right treatment for my chairs. They have never looked better! Worth every penny - especially for good quality, expensive furniture that you want to last a long time. I will go to the company for as long as I have upholstered furniture!!!

Gord did a wonderful job cleaning my upholstered chairs! I admittedly had tried to clean them myself (shout, stain remover, magic eraser) and made a mess of them - Gord brought them back to life, and made them look brand new again!!! He was professional, kind, and it was a very quick turnaround!! Thank you!!!

Prior to booking, I looked at the reviews and was a bit skeptical. All 5 star ratings! I thought those can't be real ratings. I'm happy to say I was totally wrong. Gord deserves the 5 star ratings he's received. Gord is very friendly, professional, and provides expert service. He takes his time and when done, my carpet, rugs, and upholstery looked as clean as when they were new. I've had other companies in the past and have not been as satisfied as with this company. Will definitely use Gord in the future. Thank you Gord!

I have had many carpet cleaners over the years and never was totally satisfied with the results. Multi Line were the first to give 100% satisfaction in every way. My carpet has never looked better and it wasn’t “soaked” to achieve these results. It dried in about 4 hours. Gord the owner, was punctual, courteous and explained how he would be doing the job. We have already recommended him to someone we know and will continue to do so. Thanks Gord!
