I had a great experience shopping in this store. My mason gave me a list of supplies he needed for the job with his prices. In Mason's I've found everything on the list with a better price. Valery explained all the details and answered all my questions. When I realized that we overordered brick, Sean adjusted my order without any problem. Travis delivered my order in a timely manner, and placed bricks and cement in a manner that will make mason's work faster and more efficient. He also followed up later in a day to check if need anything. Great service and really nice people.

Bought some garden wall stone, capping etc from them. All i have to say is just a great pleasent place to be. Both the girls on the counter were super helpful. They know what they are talking about and really take their time to get what you want even though I know they are busy. I would like yo thank the staff at the front desk and the guys behind the scenes loading the products. Thanks and will be bringing all my business here in future.

Specifically Midhurst location. Don’t bother waisting time or money. Not only did they not deliver the correct product but they refused to fix their mistake which ended up costing us additional time and money when completing our new home build. Customer service is literally non existent and like talking to a brick wall.

Great place to shop. Has most if not all that a Do It Yourself guy needs . Very friendly and professional staff that is willing to take the time to help and will not let you out the door until your satisfied. Excellent return policy. Highly recommended.

Worth the drive from Severn. Helpful, and great selection. I've already gone back for additional purchases. I'll drive here just to avoid Raneys in Orillia if I have to.

Don't recommend this place, the manager and the really old yard guy are really rude and don't have any good customer service. Absolutely no help at all.

Mason’s service was absolutely fantastic. Tanis and Hailey went above and beyond to make sure we got the stone we wanted for our pool and ensure it was delivered on time! Seriously cannot recommend these folks highly enough!! Amazing

I'm speaking specifically about the Midhurst location. Don't shop here unless you're a contractor. They won't give you the time of day. We drove for over an hour to view their showroom only to be ignored by staff (we were the only ones in there). The two sales guys sat in their back office eating their breakfasts at 10:00 am without making eye contact with us. The showroom receptionist was able to answer some of our questions, but we sure got the feeling she wasn't looking to go out of her way to help us. As soon as we walked out, we vowed not to order from them. A complete waste of time.
