Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and residents seemed well taken care of.

My grandmother has lived here in independent living since 2003. I believe she found the life lease-purchase arrangement for Independent Living affordable. Her Suite is up on the third floor with a Western View overlooking the playing field next door and she enjoys watching the young people play soccer during the summer and the geese using it as an airport and me. during the off-season. The staff are friendly. I find however that the administration and management is hopefully Frugal to a fault. They have not repainted my grandmothers Suite since she moved in. Also I find their meal items to be basic and I am being generous with this description. They do not instructor staff to cook food for their residence that I would describe as good tasting nutritional food. I cringe when I hear my grandmother talk about the kind of food they serve her at lunch. Their food is not up to the standards of other facilities and when given a choice I prefer to take her out for a meal rather than eat in with her. My grandmother is used to living here and she is used to the spending money her income provides her after paying for this place, so there's no point in moving her.

It's an amazing beautiful kind apartments for seniors. Mom was there for quite some time now she's in a nursing home but plan to go back n visit with the people we got to know while visiting my Mom.... Thanks so much to all the staff from office to the kitchen n the staff that fed us amazing food. We sure enjoyed a lot of people n staff that made our stay while visiting my mom a great experience. Thanks so much all.

Good Sam's has a place for everyone in need... from those needing shelter to those whose needs require nursing care.

Good Samaritan should service well the 30+ residences they already operating, hire the needed staff for the residents and not let the homes go to a state of disrepair. The money spent on opening new residences should be spent on updating their close to shabby-looking" existing places and should be used to hire the needed staff to provide proper help for those who need it and decent quality food instead of "junk" food..Just my 2 Cents worth.Jackie MacDougall"
