Decent $15 plan for children. The worst part was dealing with the woman at the kiosk in Seven Oaks that was more interested in being on her phone then dealing with customers but after she got to the people I understood why, she knew nothing about her job or how to do it, she left the two customers in front of me as well as me frustrated with no answers, her reply to everything was just go online and do it .

What a horrible company trying to take money before the due date then have me wait on hold for 20 mins to speak to a manager. What horrible customer service since when is a company allowed to take money before it is owed be very careful of these people i do not trust them with my credit card information any longer. Time to find a trustworthy company that can at the very least respect the terms set out in our contract.
