Have ordered pizza here a few times. Continue to be disappointed as pizza always under cooked. So it needs to be put in oven to finish cooking crust They also do not offer thin crust.

I like this particular Pizza Nova location. It's in a convenient location from the Guelph South-End Hanlon Business Park (at the west-end of Clair Road West). I never have a problem with any of the staff - they're always friendly. They have a pizza slice 'card program' and I like it. After 6-8 slices, you get a free slice. As I said, I find them friendly, their prices are inline with competitors (there is literally 4-6 pizza stores on the same corner as this Pizza Nova location) and their pizza taste/quality is among the best. I don't buy pizza from anyone else in the south-end of Guelph

The employee's are friendly and quick to serve customers. Over the course of almost 2 years with this pandemic the quality of fast food just keeps dropping as they are the only game in town. Well I have to give Guelph's Pizza Nova massive thumbs up for the quality of their products have not gone down if anything it has improved. Thank you!

Ordered a pizza and the breaded chicken ciabatta sandwich. The pizza was perfect, however the sandwich was a very different story:The chicken was so incredibly overcooked and even *burnt* at the edges that much of it was just inedible. Quite disappointing for a place that I had such high respect for when I used to visit the Toronto locations.

I called the general number today Sunday Jan 29 around 1:30 pm to place an order for pick up .. we ALWAYS ALWAYS ORDER large pizza with half of the pizza sauce half no sauce .. the woman on the phone told me I CAN NOT DO THAT BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNKW HOW TO PUT THAT IN THE SYSTEM. WOW. Never ever going to give business again for this kind of response and treatment. Many mamy pizza places around.
