Sunday afternoon approximately 4:40 I approached the counter to order dinner for my children. When I opened my mouth to place and order the clerk that had been standing idle with her associate interrupted me to tell me we only have chicken available

Cheap and pretty tasty. I got the ranch chicken wraps. nothing special, but that's what I expect for the price. service is slow sometimes due to only 1 worker.Just a heads up, if you want the wraps, they are very small. I recommend getting 2.I can't speak for their beef burgers as I have not tried them here.

Extremely slow service.All I wanted was a buddy burger. After I placed my order the cashier walked to the back and not return. I watched 4 customers walk away because of no service.

Customer service used to be excellent at this location but recently had to wait >10mins to get order for a single burger. I noticed there were a few of us waiting. Food tastes great but service efficiency has declined.

It’s almost laughable how terrible this establishment is. I waited 5 minute to be acknowledged and then 10 minutes for 3 chicken strips. The guy behind me walked away because the girl would not take his order? Weirdos.

Horrible service. Staff does not wash hands between touching register and food unless you ask. Will not take your order until previous customer has their food. Many times I have walked away without ordering because it takes too long for someone on the back to notice I am there. I have seen several customers walk away after waiting too long to order. Your staff needs to be retrained on customer service and speed. If they want to hang out back between customers maybe a bell to 'ring for service' would help. I love A&W and will continue to eat there, just not at your the Eastgate location.

The staff in this location esp the one on the front getting orders is very lazy, super slow.. i went to order an uncle burger combo, (march 15) for dinner ( 6p), 'been on the line for like almost 10 mins with 3 other people behind me and 1 infront of me, theres an indian lady that supposed to get our orders, just kept looking at us,doing nothing, walked back and forth, slowly stacking the cup lids (which is still alot), took time just to rip the plastic wrapping. Then after a few mins called the guy in front of me, then when its my turn she told me i have to wait 15-20 mins. I left and just get chinese food that took me just 2 mins to get my food. And the counter in this location is very disgusting, alot of spills that dried up, didnt even get wiped. (An old guy behind me was very disgusted too and sprayed hand sanitizer on it). I will not try to come back and buy food from this location, if they cant keep the counter clean how much more the prep area in the back where they prepare the food. The staff here obviously has no regard/concern on the business, i feel bad for the owner.

placed a mobile order at 4:00 and got to the counter at 4:15. there was no line up and my food wasn’t ready until 4:25. i only got one combo. the one worker comes out and looks at me then goes back to the kitchen. when i finally get my food the worker says not one word to me even when i still said thank you despite being ignored. definitely will not order here while on break again as it took half my lunch break to receive my food.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered 2 burgers exactly the same and they screwed both of them up. I wanted no mayo, extra pickles and onions… I got ketchup and mustard.. like are you guys serious? I didn’t even say the words ketchup or mustard… If I wanted a McDonald’s level burger I would’ve gone there. It was the most simple order. I intend on coming back tomorrow for a full refund with the photograph. Oh ps, you have to ASK for your receipt, that’s sus.

Painfully slow, they take the fast out of fast food. Seem to hide in the back and get annoyed when customers come up
