Don't waste your time or money. Worst snow removal company since our company opened 34 years ago!!! Not responsive to invoice queries and when you have to ask for clarification more than once they threaten to cancel the contract. Never did get an answer for my original question about the invoice and felt bullied so we never asked about invoices again. There was never anyone answering phones because they were busy" so all inquiries had to be by email. Our performance spec indicated they were to have the property cleared by 7am - this rarely happened. If the parking lot was cleared by 7

I avoid posting negative reviews at all costs but if this can help anyone else avoid our mistake then I decided to share this. It’s NOT snow removal but Top soil and triple mix delivery service we used from NOELs 5 cubic yards of triple mix soil was delivered and we have never seen the variety and amount of weeds which came with it. Since delivery in spring 2022 until now , July 2022 my wife and I are pulling thousands of weeds with roots and they keep coming. I’ve used other soil delivery services in Montreal and Ottawa for the last 25 years but the one we got from NOELs bears them by far. Never again, next time we either use bagged triple mix or top soil from Walmart, Costco or service from others. I don’t know how much more this will take for us to recover our grass lawn to its previous state without garden of weeds :( sorry for negative review but it’s very frustrating for us and takes so much of our time since unfortunately. Spots where we added “triple mix” in our lawn are full of weeds while spots we didn’t ad any are still perfect like they were earlier, see pics.Wishing you all the best.

We have used Noel's for the past 3 years for snow clearing in Little Italy. The first two years they did a wonderful job. This winter is not going well. They continue to push snow onto our fence line, even though we have sent photo's with emails and attempt to call them daily, with zero response. We have sent multiple emails in the past month, no response. We are now at the point where we can't use our parking spots behind our home, as they have now blocked us. Instead of pulling the snow out of the driveway and piling on the front lawns as they did the previous years and as per our contract, they continue to push it against the fence. We did finally receive a response from the owner today, who merely replied $300 plus tax to remove the snow pile". So they just want more money to remove snow

It is obvious that NOELs is not prepared to do snow removal for large snowfall amounts and cannot handle their current customer base. It has been 30 hours since the snow started and not one flake has been removed from my property. They send emails saying that extra crews are out and that most everyone has had a second pass and I never even got a first pass. My vehicle has been in paid parking (street parking ban) for 24 hours to facilitate the snow removal and no one shows. They are now costing me money; well more money since I paid in full for the entire season. Emails go unanswered, phones unanswered, their voicemail is full (which I am certain is on purpose since this complaint was also noted by someone more than 6 months ago), they do not respond to replies to their Tweets, nothing. Very unprofessional. The contract that THEY made up and send to customers says removal of snow within 12-24 hours. They are in breach of their own contract. Others in the neighbourhood have been serviced but I have not. This is an unacceptable, unprofessional, and quite frankly shady business practice and I do not and will not recommend NOELs

My landlord hired these guys for snow clearing they never show up. People need to get to work early in the morning drive way never cleared they never provide a proper service. I'm a tenant and I'm doing all the shoveling/snow clearing. Don't relie on or give your money too these guys they are not reliable.

We have to pay almost 2,000$ for one season including adding salt to melt the snow but they are lazy to add salt as the contract. I complained many times but the phone and email of customer service seems not good as well. There was not any action or explanation.

Extremely poor service and entirely unequipped to handle their customer base. Not once have they managed to be on time for snow removal and on several occasions have arrived more than 13 hours after the initial snowfall. On those days, we have had to plough the driveway ourselves. Not only have we been doing our own ploughing that we have paid Noel do to, they have also not responded to a single one of the emails we and several other households have been sending over a 3 months period. Not one single response. Whats worse, now they are asking us to pay additional fees for the extra accumulated snow that you have continuously failed to remove in a timely manner resulting in us having to do it for you.Avoid this company at all costs.

They struck our hydro meter and now we're without power. They are not answering their phones or their email. This is the second time in two days they struck our house. What's worse is we cancelled yesterday so we're not even under contract for them to come onto our property. Disorganized, dishonest, incompetent, take your pick.

As with many others I see in the reviews this is our third year using them and the service has gone drastically downhill. Show up about 12 hours after snowfall finishes, can’t get out of the driveway for work, can’t get back in after work because the snow plow ridge is still there. Never answer the phone or respond to emails. Terrible business sense. We will not be using them again.

We don't use Noel's snow services, or any snow plow services for that matter, however, our driveway is beside an apartment building that does. Our driveway is split with the laneway of the apartment building. Noel's plows will cut across our driveway to push snow into the apartment buildings front lawn (don't mind usually).However, our most recent snow storm (March 4, 2023), the plow hit our standalone fence post and broke it. I sent a casual email advising my fence post was damaged in our driveway and just wanted to know who to speak to about the damage. Shortly after my email, I received a very aggressive and unprofessional response from their Operations Manager, Jake Clifford. Not only did he not read my email (clearly, by his response) he said, and I quote:We don’t pile any snow on your property
