Extremely slow service. Was the only car in the drive thru and Still waited over 10 mins. Nothing is made consistently I usually get the chicken bacon wrap and it's never the same each time. And usually something in order is wrong. Like asking for a decafe tea and getting a coffee instead.

Never any baked goods even an hour after opening. Soup and and chilli never available because of malfunctioning equipment no specialty coffees cause that machine is broken aswell . Their happy to offer more expensive options though. Service is usually slow even with you and one other car in the line up .

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 7 cars in the line. When I finally got to the window the coffee I ordered wasn't even ready. I pulled away without the coffee as I was now late for work

Service is not always fast, but is always friendly - likely due to the wide spread shortage of staff in the area. Zack the drive-thru guy is always friendly, personable and upbeat.

Slow front counter service, coupled with the filthiest, gut wrenching, vomit inducing bathroom that I have ever had the misfortune of trying to use!!!!!

Got 3 four cheese bagels with butter and cream cheese butter was thick not melted and maybe a table spoon of cream cheese on all of them it was gross.

The manager is rude and needs to learn people skills. while waiting for coffee the plastic barrier fell down several times. the kid at cash told her that it wouldn't stay in place. She snapped back well customers need to stop touching it" The kid at cash looked at me absolutely embarrassed by her comment. I said no one is touching it

Was served a sandwich today with all the sauce on top of the sandwich. I kindly asked for it to be remade. Young staff member with glasses slammed the window and rolled her eyes. Staff needs proper training on food prep but most of all customer service. I even said sorry but the sandwich was inedible she then slammed the window shut again and rolled her eyes once again. I called and spoke with the owner who refused to give her name so I’m sure it was just one of the staff.
