Next Gen no longer serves the retail, i.e., home computer market. But they don't say that on their website. You don't find that out until you find parking and lug your computer to their place of business, only to read the sign in the front door. Hardly what one would expect from people in the IT industry. The courtesy of notice on the website would be much appreciated guys!

These guys are the absolute best in service and quality product. We've been using them for years for our computers and their after sales service is top notch. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Refreshingly as well, they do not solicit reviews. I am writing this of my own accord and with great pleasure!

These guys are fantastic. Helped me get my computer working and when it died due to non-related and unforeseen causes a few weeks later they fully refunded my bill and then hooked me up with a new laptop at a great price. Thanks especially to Ken who helped me one on one!

I was super impressed with the attitude and knowledge of the staff here so I took in a desktop for wiping, reloading and a clean up. They turned it around very quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be taking all of my PCs here in the future for service and will look to have these guys quote on all my new PCs. As a small business owner without in house IT, this is the kind of shop I need to have. Thanks Nextgen.

Oct 24, 2018I called Next Gen Computers about my “blue screen of death” and they said to bring it in and they backed up my data, wiped my computer, reinstalled everything and I was able to pick it up the next day. They are very efficient and affordable priced. This was not my first experience with this company and both time is was pleasantly surprised with their excellent customer service and computer knowledge. They even carried my computer to my car for me on pickup! Thanks Next Gen!

My computer broke down and I was almost too lazy to do anything but buy new one. Thankfully I brought it in to Next Gen on Ellis & they diagnosed & installed a new Power supply for an extremely low cost...so much so I bought some other parts on the spot. Service was great, prices were as expected locally, and friendly to boot.
