Absolute Micky mouse shop. Took my car up to them to have the engine replaced. They had my car for 3 months and put another broken engine in my car. Then they gave my original engine back to get the core fee returned. Then he returned my car in about a hundred different pieces. I also paid to have tires installed on my car that were never installed on my car. Jimmy definitely took on a job that was above his ability. He also tried to make his problems my problems, like how much money he was losing by not knowing how to run his own business.

My experience with Jim was outstanding!!! Took the time to take care of me when all other would not take the time of day to help for a job that took 15 mins to repair. He was super accommodating and friendly. Thank you so so much for making a stressful situation under my hood (also a smelly one) resolved in no time. Highly recommended.

Amazing service at an amazing price.My engine was clogged with heavy carbon deposits. They did a first clean-up and told me to drive it around for a week or two before paying, just in case it needed a deeper cleaning and if so, they would not charge me that first cleaning.Drove around for three full weeks with no. They didn't even once call to ask me to come and pay, trusting me that I would come back when ready.The service is fantastic and I could not dream of a better team to take care of my car!

Had gotten tires changed in London and while driving the 401 home, my car started to vibrate. I quickly googled a garage and showed up, hoping they could help. The staff at JME took my car right in and quickly checked it out and advised how best to proceed. They were, unfortunately for me, booked up to fix it at that point but if I lived closer, I would use their expertise more frequently. Thank you!

I've known the owners for years. They are great honest people and do good work. Disregard the negative review about the tire balancing. This person must not understand that winter/spring is an extremely busy season for tires. (I used to work in the tire industry and I don't care where you go, there will be a long wait to get tires done.) Also road force balancing is not much more than a 'peace of mind' gimmick and does NOT make a huge positive difference with tire balance than a normal balance machine.

JME is the place to go for the best service for your vehicle.Their customer service is phenomenal (Val is always a rockstar. She’s seriously Wonder Woman!)I always feel like they take great care of me and are genuinely concerned about the safety of my car. Jim is wonderful and walks me through exactly what is going on and even shows me what I need to look for when it comes to wear and tear. I appreciate that!
