I went to a job interview not long ago. They told me they would follow up regardless of if I got the job or not two weeks after at the latest. It has been longer than that and I haven't heard anything, despite the two polite follow up emails I've sent. This is very unprofessional and frankly disrespectful to say one thing to my face and then not only to never do what they'd said, but ignore any followup. I can only imagine how they would act with a client when they've made any sort of mistake with their services.
