I cannot say enough about Okotoks Hot Glass Studio! I sent him ashes of my pet and he made sure to keep me posted that he received them and made my orb in less the one week! When he shipped it and the excess ashes back to me it was bundled so tight that there was no way of it being broke.If there were more then 5 stars I would give them all!Evelyn Grassie

David made 3 memorials of my cats for me and was super helpful through the entire process. I was ordering from a distance so colors were a little difficult to navigate and he was very happy to help me through that process. Communication was fast and efficient, and when I was finally happy with my choices and placed the official order it was super fast processing time and I had them in hand within a few days. I am so happy with the results and now I have something that I can display in my home that is a beautiful tribute to my cats. Thanks so much David. :)

I would like to HIGHLY recommend David at Okotoks Hot Glass Studio.I received a very special package yesterday that was meticulously wrapped with care. Inside were two beautiful glass blown roses and 2 pendant hearts. Each one holds some of my Mom's ashes that I will treasure forever. She's been gone for 5 months now and I am not sure that the intense pain of losing her will ever go away. I know that she is alive in my heart with memories - but these roses and hearts will help in a small way to know a part of her is truly with me always.David is a man of integrity and respect. These traits combined with his amazing talent and workmanship are something you rarely find anymore. I will be forever grateful for these treasures he made. David is a great communicator with very good instructions to follow. I was also so pleased with the turnaround time. David was super awesome. I dropped my cats ashes off at his studio and he was very thorough, explaining the process, showing me all the different Colours and options. He had it ready within the week as promised and pick up and payment was super easy. I’m very thankful to have a beautiful memorial piece that was affordable and beautifully done.

I ordered a few birds and fish for my nieces, nephews and a friend with my husband's ashes. David made the process very smooth and completed faster than I thought. We had David make us an Ashes in Glass memorial orb and a pendant after we lost our beloved Shiba Inu. We had saved our cats ashes that we lost 5 years prior, and had both of their ashes put into the Orb. David took great care and was very respectful with their ashes.
