Rest stop just before entering Winnipeg. Ample parking space available and huge dinning area. Clean washroom and friendly staff with great service.

Having sat in traffic getting thru the construction in their area, I decided to go in and use the restroom before I ordered. Walking into the first bathroom I almost gagged from the mess. The toilet was plugged, paper was everywhere and I wasn't going to take the time to figure out what the rest of the stuff on the floor was. Walked into the second bathroom, and it was almost as bad. Decided I didn't need to go that bad. Went and ordered my coffee and sandwich so I could get back on the road. I informed them that the bathrooms were a mess and the man taking my order couldn't have cared less. Got my coffee right away and then waited 10 minutes to get my cravable. This place sure doesn't represent the standards that the rest of the chain displays.

The worst service 90% of the time. Drive through only uses the one of the 2 lanes, even during peak hours. The staff tells you to wait at the order screen so they can make your order, instead of letting you wait at the window while another person can order. The language barrier between customers and staff is terrible at most times. The espresso machine gets cleaned at peak times. No outside garbage. Bathrooms are subpar clean. I drive from outside of the city because I live out east, and I like to have a coffee for my drive into town. I most times will wait until I am in the city now to get my coffee, due to the terrible service of this Tim Hortons.

If I could give it a “zero” for stars I would.To the lady who was in charge today at the drive through (supervisor/manager with a white collared shirt on) - you sincerely need a lesson in/to take a kindness education course. You were the most condescending, belittling and rude person I have ever encountered in a fast food establishment in my life. It takes a lot for me to become upset or irritated with the fast food industry (because I’ve worked in it), but man, I will be writing to corporate headquarters in regards to her mannerisms and my experience today.

This Tims is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to!!!! We’ve stopped in on the way to the cottage on several occasions but never again. The service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced and they never have anything in stock. The donut display is always empty. Wanted a crueler and they had to “check in the back” to see if they had any? Of course they didn’t….I will never visit this Tim Hortons again.

I have been to this location three times and every experience has been terrible. On every occasion they continue to get my order wrong, and when I ask them to fix it, they give me nothing but attitude rather than apologizing for their mistake. I thought maybe the first time was just fluke so I would give them a couple more opportunities but it’s the exact same experience each time. Clearly a missed managed location. I won’t be back.

We usually avoid this Tims location. We pass it every day, and when it first opened we were excited. But quickly discovered it is the worst location. When you order they have to go check they have what you ordered, which is ridiculous. 90% of the time the order we get is incorrect. And the people on the drivethru intercoms are impossible to hear. We went today against our better judgement and as usually, they had to check if they had what we ordered, and could not hear the person on the intercom. Seriously...do better. I have heard this from many we know who live in our direction that their experience is the same and they avoid this location as a result. You are losing and have lost a lot of business.

The service was awful, giving us our drinks one by one with long pauses. We'd ordered online (which didn't show up on the broken board) and ordered an everything bagel. They didn't tell us they didn't have it until we had our drinks, and they offered no substitute until we requested a 12-seed because we payed. Bathrooms were filthy.

This is actually the worst managed Tim's we've ever attended. Consistently out of common products. No croissants often in the morning. 25 degrees outside, early in the day, and they don't have what the need to make a standard Tim's Iced Coffee.

Terrible service. I ordered a coffee and waited for 15 mins. When I asked about it, they forgot what I ordered. Even washrooms weren’t clean. The coffee was good though.
