Came for Tuesday lunch. Seated quickly . The server was prompt, friendly and attentive. Very extensive pub menu with some specialties. Had the lunch special, Montreal smoked meat sandwich with soup of the day. Very generous servings . Food was delicious according to all members of our group.

Great place the food is great except the pizza not the worst but not the best either. It's nice and clean not like most bars now a days. Most of the times I go it's not very busy but I like that it's not dead and the people are always cool and most of the time you can find something willing to play pool. Lots of vlts but still haven't won once yet hopefully my luck will kick in soon.

First time I came here with my buddies, We had a blast watching the NBA game, but after the service with the short middle-aged dirty blonde lady. I refuse to go here again, She was incredibly rude and charged us for a drink we did not purchase. When I pointed it out she started arguing for 10 minutes!!! It made our whole experience sour. Do not go here! Service will randomly charge you!

Have been going there for years. Service is always good but the food is hit or miss. 1st Cobb Salad there was almost best I'd ever had. Next two times very blah. Sunday happy hour drinks very weak.

Never ordering anything or dining in again. Ordered through skip the dishes - got the club sandwich with yam fries and a crispy chicken burger with Caesar salad. The club had a small scrape of mayo, two huge chunks of lettuce from the whitest/crunchiest part of an iceberg lettuce head, and undercooked rubbery bacon. The bun, tomato and chicken breast were fine but for 24$ a plate?! The yam fries were both undercooked and soggy. The chicken burger was dry, overdone and lacking severely in any flavour, again with too little sauce and low quality toppings. The Caesar salad was ok but not close to the 24$ price tag. Save your money and get a higher quality meal at McDonald's, or make it worth it and go to a different pub.

Been going to this pub for 20 years (here & there, not as a regular), have seen the transformation/evolution, and has never disappointed me!! The first property I owned was an apartment across the street in '04. Nowadays, I meet friends there every few weeks. Good food, cold drinks. Plush, highback booths. Low, sink-into chairs. Pool tables, VLTs. Lotsa TVs. One side of the room has very few TVs so someone can have a conversation over dinner. It's got something for everyone!

don't get me wrong, it was clean, the staff was friendly, but quite frankly, I have had better pizza out of the frozen food section. The crust had no flavor, and I am pretty sure that the mushrooms were out of a can. So I have learned a lesson and won't make that mistake again.

Upon visiting the Bull and Wren restaurant, I found the service to be exceptional. The servers were very friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. However, when it came to the food, I found it to be a mixed bag.While the nachos were decent, they did not quite hit the mark in terms of being the best I have ever had. The loaded toppings were satisfactory, but unfortunately, the cheese didn't melt completely due to the height of the nachos. Although this didn't ruin the experience, it was a slight letdown.Despite this, I am inclined to say that overall, the Bull and Wren restaurant is worth a visit. The great service alone made our dining experience a memorable one. Although the food may not have been perfect, it was still enjoyable, and I would certainly return to try some other dishes on the menu.Therefore, I rate the Bull and Wren restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. With a few small tweaks, they have the potential to earn a full five-star rating from me.

Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere here ! My workmates and I were able to get tables here together in order to Celebrate Winter holidays with the whole Scotiabank team! ❤️ We all agreed very much that the service of the owner and the serving staff was wonderful - they brought out delicious platters for us with perfectly cooked french fries, schnitzel that was Soo tasty and tasted very traditional, Macedonian sausages with an amazing homemade taste - fresh salads, delicious beverages - hockey games on tv's around the restaurant, staff all very friendly, bathrooms clean and well kept. The drinks i ordered were affordable and enjoyable. Seems like a great little neighborhood gem - highly recommend ! Work parties, dinner with friends, a spot to go for a few sociables, a perfect chill place for a nice date night - I only got one pic I can share here but it showed the platters and they were delicious!!
