the sandwiches were so good! we got the strawberry banana smoothie as well, which was really good. i got the chicken BLAT, which tasted really good too. i loved the avocado in there. we were able to sit inside, but there’s also outdoor seating and the atmosphere is nice and clean. restrooms available as well :)

This place has some great food. I always get the Chick-Hen sandwich with bacon and a hashbrown, and I do mean every time. I've brought other people, and when they had this sandwich, they also loved it. when they had a different one, not so great apparently, so keep that in mind. Also the cereal is stale, so thats kind of a bummer

Totally awesome little spot. I had an excellent almond milk latte and we had great sandwiches. Awesome selection for under 10 bucks (most have bacon and avo so they aren’t light!). The crowd was a mix of tourists and locals and the decor & music were tight! Definitely a great choice for fast, filling, tasty, and cheap breakfast.

I like this coffee place, it provides great food and they make it in front of you. It is freshly made and delicious. Great location in downtown. Love it!!! I came here for a few times and could not forget about it.Have a look of their drink, it is amazing!

I loved their boss hog, the atmosphere felt like a cute little cafe although I don't recommend their Italian sodas since they don't put any cream into them so it tastes very weird and not that good but overall a very nice cafe to go to in the morning for some coffee, sandwiches or both.

Would Give 6 Stars if possible. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had, place was charming and well decorated, staff was friendly and coffee was good as well. Will definitely be coming back!

Finally after 2 years living downtown I have found a coffee shop that is absolutely wonderful. They have excellent breakfast, amazing/healthy lunch options and more. The staff are nice and welcoming, and not snobby or pretentious like many of the other coffee/breakfast spots downtown Victoria. Excellent location too!! Look forward to coming to Rise and Grind (almost) every morning. Thank you for your great cafe and service!!

Rise and Grind on Broad Street is easily my favourite go-to casual breakfast, brunch, and coffee destination in downtown Victoria. The food options are diverse and made to order, plus the brewed fresh Discovery Coffee is always a hit. Highly recommended, never disappointed.

Wow amazing breakfast sandwich I had there. Their ingredients were super fresh and of high quality, the recipe and choice of ingredients were a perfect blend of flavor which delivered an harmonious taste experience. The portion was satisfying and the price decent.I recommend.
