Bumper to Bumper Auto Service - Sherwood Park Service

Thank you for the great work that Matt at Bumper to Bumper completed on my Jaguar; always nice to get such great service and expertise.

Rick and his crew have always been accommodating, and we've always been happy with the work. Today they went so far above and beyond to bail me out, knowing that I need my vehicle for work, I'm compelled to write a review! Turned out my starter was shot, so I went to the shop in the hopes of being able to get my van in for repairs within the next day or two. After a bit of discussion, the plan was that I'd leave my van at the shop overnight, they would replace the starter, and I would pick it up later tomorrow; it would be ready by about 9:00 am, but I had no way of picking it up until later, therefore I'd end up missing a day of work. They started working on my van (I also needed an oil change), things were running smoothly, so Rick offered to have the mechanics stay after hours to finish it for me. We agreed to that, and my van was ready to go shortly after 5:00!We have been dealing with this shop for a few years now, they have always been very accommodating, their prices are very reasonable, and today they proved that they really would go above and beyond for their customers! Ric and his staff are professional, and they tell you what you need. Better pricing than dealership service.

First experience with this shop; totally impressed with the visit. Rick, on the front end, was awesome, and was able to get us in right away for an A/C diagnostis and recharge. Back to us within a few hours. Excellent written and verbal explanations of service provided. Would totally recommend.

As a single mom, I always feel confident that the advice and recommendations that Ric makes are necessary in order to keep my vehicle safe for me and my daughters. Unlike other service shop nightmare stories, I have never once felt that unnecessary extra work has been recommended or that I am being overcharged or taken advantage of because I have very little knowledge about cars! Ric and his team are honest and kind and go out of their way to do a good job every time, at a competitive rate.

If you ever need to go to a mechanic shop in Sherwood Park this is the one what you get is great service, expertise, and most importantly honesty. I went to a different shop with a problem and they charged me alot of money and did not fix the problem. I went to Bumper to bumper they told me what the problem was and why that was the problem they fixed it. They did alot of extra work they did not have to do to make sure my car was fixed. Ric, Dan, and the guys in the shop are all knowledgeable and proffesional and I can not thank them enough. If you want good service and to not be ripped off this is the place to go.
