À visiter absolument. Une très belle petite distillerie ayant élue domicile danse une ancienne église anglicane. Coup de coeur pour le Gin « Herbes folles » qui est tout simplement délicieux. De plus, il est possible de faire une dégustation (toute en générosité) de tous leurs produits, qui sont également disponibles à l’achat, sur place. Que dire également de la gentillesse du personnel.

Superbe distillerie dans une ancienne église. Dégustation de spiritueux très aggréable où l’on pouvait prendre notre temps. L’homme qui nous a servis était très courtois et sympathique à discuter! C’était très plaisant!

It was a delightful experience to stop here, and it came recommended from our friends (who live 6+ hours away!). The gin is delicious, from the basic kind to the herbal ones, where they describe carefully the process of integrating fresh seasonal herbs and other things into their gin. The rhubarb fizz special for summer stole my heart. They accommodated our dog, we had a lovely time having a tasting, and sitting outside is beautiful too with the old church and graveyard and picnic tables. Definitely worth a stop, very hidden so try not to miss it when driving by!

Fantastic distillery, a must stop when visiting the area. The church building is so unique and interesting, the customer service was great, and the gin and spirits are excellent. We had a fun and delicious tasting and got a bottle to take with us!

Absolutely my favorite stop on our trip through quebec. I love breweries but this distillery was a welcome and delicious change.
