Primacy - Sunwood Medical Clinic
He may not have the best bed side manner, but the lengths he has gone for my family's health are astounding. I have been seeing Dr. Milne since I was a little kid and he has never been anything but professional and straight to the point. I'm not sure what other people seek in a doctor, but I just want someone that can help me solve my health problems and will be upfront about what needs to happen. I don't need or want a doctor that will sugar coat things.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Milne, whims I'd seen multiple times. Fortunately it led me to finding a great family doctor. He wrote a terrible report with multiple assumptions about me that were not true. He didn't even take a moment to sit down. Instead towered over me when I was clearly in distress. He should lose his license. Dr. Milne is an embarrassment to the profession.

They advertise as walk-in clinic but the clinic is not seeing anyone, unless they are patients of one specific doctor. They should make it clear in their advertisement and searching engines so that people who need help don’t waste their time.

Dr Buchan was our family Dr, she saw us through so many medical emergencies to which I am here still today. She retired this year and I am still heartbroken as she was more than just our doctor. Dr Milne is amazing, wonderful manner, kind and attentive and not only listens but explains as well. The receptionists are wonderful and always smiling when we come in.Sunwood Medical is an amazing clinic, even with this pandemic we’re all struggling with

The office staff are a little flaky but Dr. Milne is great; He won't sugar coat it if he has something to say and to me he was quite professional and friendly. Some people have gave him poor reviews for having little bedside manner but that has never really mattered to me; I want a great doctor, which he is...if you need a receptive ear to whine to and chit-chat with...save that for your bestie!

Best doctor . He is to the point and thorough . If you have a issue he will not hesitate to send you off for tests to help solve the problem . Through out COVID his staff set up phone call visits . The two phone call visits I had were received with in 5 minutes of the suggested time and lasted approximately 10 minutes .

Both Dr. Milne & Dr. Buchan have treated us professionally during our appointments at their busy clinic.Dr. Milne was particularly candid and sensitive to my preteen son who had to see him.The support staff are very kind.It's a wait to get in, but they are my first choice when I need a medical clinic.

Dr. Milne has been my personal physician and doctor of choice for over 10 years. He listens to me, and once a diagnosis is made he allows me the time to ask him questions about what I was seeing him for. His reception staff are outstanding, kind, patient and although they are sometimes snowed under with sick people wanting to see a doctor, they do the best job under sometimes tough circumstances. Dr. Milne knows his stuff". Kudos to the entire staff at Sunwood. I like and respect Dr. Milne and nothing will change my mind!"

Dr Milne and his team are incredibly talented, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this clinic if you are a drop in patient or if you need a second opinion. Unfortunately, they are not taking new patients but they go beyond expectations every and each time that they see a person in need.

Dr. Milne is a great doctor, and he is straight-forward. Some patients may take offense to this, which I kindly advise them to not take anything he says personally. The clinic is usually very busy, therefor the doctors can only assist each patient for a certain amount of time before the days end.
