Great service for a fair price. William and crew always get my vehicles back to me as quickly as possible so I can keep my business running. They are my go too for fleet maintenance.

BMT is a full service shop and local small business success story. You can't possibly put out as much fantastic work as this shop, without having the odd job go sideways. As their reputation grows, so does their workload and quite honestly it's amazing they accomplish as much as they do - especially with the staffing shortages that all businesses suffer from in this region. We work with these guys frequently, and know how hard they work and how much they care about all that they do. We are proud to be associated with this quality company.

We were stranded on the island in our motorhome and scheduled to return to California. We had a friend diagnose a bad turbo on the Cat engine but couldn't find a shop that wasn't buried with fleet maintenance. William at BMT saved the day getting us in and Dean did an awesome job on the repair. As I write this we've just climbed the 10 mile Grapevine hill on I-5 north of LA. She runs cool and has plenty of power. Very grateful BMT!

Are you looking for craftsmen? This is the place. Look at the before and after of my truck. Can you see where the damage was? Neither can I. Yes, those are the original panels. You can't buy them anymore. Neither can you buy the piece that supports the headlight housing. So they made a new one, using the one from the other, undamaged side as a template. Craftsmen. You'll find them here.

Brought my RV in with a list of issues I wanted to get fixed. Not for an inspection. Instead of fixing them I get a phone call with a threat to have my vehicle condemned along with a list of other things that are wrong with it. Why else would I be bringing it to a shop? I got billed $300 for them to basically reaffirm what I already told them was wrong, and no actual work done to the unit. For that price I could have got an OOP inspection. The mechanic I talked to was great and gave me some advice but the shop manager was hot headed and proceeded to yell at me over the phone and accuse me, the customer, of giving him attitude while I was merely expressing my dissatisfaction with his service. Never returning my calls, it took me a week to get ahold of him after I paid (go figure) to get a quote for the work I needed done and I never got one. I got ripped off, and it seems I'm not the only one.

I originally called parts and left a message fir Josh in parts. I called 2 days later as he never called and asked for a quote on some flat tow parts. Said he would get back to me that afternoon. 3 days later I called him back as never heard from him. Said my parts didn't fit my vehicle. I checked manufacturer and he said the tow bar fits my 2020 hybrid (doesn't fit plug ins) Called Josh back gave him the info he said he'd call that afternoon. That was 5 days ago. I spent my $4000.00 elsewhere.

Thanks to the staff at BMT Fleet for an excellent job done in a timely fashion. I have had bad experiences in the past with auto body shops where my vehicle was tied up for 3 weeks so I was a bit nervous. BMT made good on their promise to complete the work in 4 days.

Imagine getting an invoice that matches the estimate - exactly- despite having a few additional items dealt with? Fraser runs a talented shop, including Bob (foreman) who made sure all my (corrosion) issues were dealt with and the finished product looked like new. Outstanding job.
