He gave me one price when he provided a quote for me in pickering. Then raised it on the day of work after starting! They didn't take everything, but he said he would come back in ten days to take the rest of the junk..... Months later and he still never came. Never use this company!

I called Greg (Owner) in a panic because the person I had originally hired for removal, backed out. Greg was so understanding! We made an appointment for this morning (July 28, 2017) at 10:30am and he was right on time. I had three large pieces of furniture to move. One had to be broken down and Greg didn't have a problem with that, nor did he charge me extra. His assistant, John, was also amazing. They were both in and out in 15 minutes! Thank you so much Greg and John for such a positive experience! You were both so professional and friendly! I would recommend Haul It Away to my friends!!! You will definitely be hearing from me again!!!

I called five other junk removal companies, and haul it away was $50 cheaper. Was fast efficient and polite. They were hit over and above my expectations.

Helped an elderly person with their move that used this co. They never came to the house to see items to be moved (asked how many bedrooms over the phone?) Said will send wardrobes. None arrived on moving day…the elderly person had wisely packed them in suitcases..since the man never had time for questions always late for an appointment.Moved from a 3 bed room town house with garage and basement to a 950 sq ft condo.Could not find any other co to move because it was a holiday weekend coming up. (they were all booked up) They showed up with 2 men when they were going to send 3. Truck was too small had to do move from Whitby to Ajax with two trips. 1st trip they brought mostly boxes??????? Okay. 2nd trip with furniture boxes need to be removed and shifted around to get individual pieces of furniture in place. (Person that did the measuring helped them out by putting every box possible on shelves in the 3 closets and also all kitchen boxes in the kitchen with no thanks)They were going to leave treadmill in storage mode instead of releasing it so it could be used. The elderly person did not know how to release it so after requesting them to do it offense was taken and the move became more miserable than before. Every piece of furniture was measured and had only one spot to go into. The young men were going to walk out of the condo without putting legs on the dining room table OR put the bed together. WHY??? Because they said they were only paid till 5pm. They were told to take that up with their boss not out on an elderly person. (They also left several glass shelves wrapped in a moving blanket instead of putting them back into dining room hutch)I then said they were not leaving an elderly person with no available screw driver without a bed or table. They made a snide remark that the person who measured was always telling them where to put things??? Hello? Is it not customary to tell the movers where things go? The person who measured was put in charge of furniture placement and the elderly person was afraid to say anything to the movers since this was a nightmare in process.I gave one star because they did get the move done and there was no damage.

Greg (the owner) and his team are absolutely amazing!! They helped us with everything we needed gone out of the house and a an excellent price! UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHEREI chose Haul It Away because they gave me the most competitive quote. They moved 3 old appliances including a fridge which they pushed across my newly installed hardwood floor. This caused a significant amount of damage and their incompetence is going to cost me hundreds of dollars. There is a reason they have only 1 star reviews, there is a reason they refuse to give receipts for work they do. Do not let these people near your property - spend the extra money on a reputable, professional junk removal company.

They were punctual, there price was the best out of 3 quotes, and they were polite and Curtis I would recommend them to anyone!

I booked everything with them owner of the company and he was very professional and friendly. Movers showed up on time. They were very professional and helpful during the move. I would definitely recommend haul it away to anyone moving. Thanks for the great service.

I had made a deal to get a couch moved for a certain price called again to confirm two week later price went up by 30 percent was told it was because of gas price LOL (gas prices did go up but not that much in two weeks) I was making this arrangement for a friend and when she called to confirm he was not very nice. then I call and he said of for the Asian woman (Are you kidding me how can you say this) and then he told me he can't do it, I am guessing this company is prejudice so please to not ever hire this company
