This Tim Hortons in Fernie BC has bad service, dirty and unhygienic. We walked into the garbage can blocking the door and coffee spilled on the floor. We told the guy there was coffee on the floor and someone may slip because the colour matches the tile.. his response “we know”. The girl working there was sweeping the floor and went into the bathrooms to sweep. A customer came in after us and she came to assist. She DID NOT wash her hands! She touched the donut with her bare hands! My dad told the guy she didn’t wash her hands to serve the guest, he shrugged his shoulders and then went to wash his before serving us. The location was dirty and understaffed. The bathrooms were gross.

It has been more than once now they have chose to not serve food after 6pm on a week night. Also More than once ! I have been given major attitude too from the servers here like my business was some kind of inconvenience. And to top it off wrong orders too which I guess is no surprise because of their bad attitudes while serving me. They obviously don’t care.

I will say this Tim Hortons is quick, never have to wait long but the quality of the food and how it’s put together makes this place SUCK. To order such a simple thing like a bagel every single time I go, not toasted, slapped together never cut in half. It actually makes me so irritate. Going to start going to sparwood instead.

Terrible experience. Been here multiple times over the years and it is slipping. No toilet paper in the bathrooms, garbages overflowing in bathrooms, and garbage on the floor. Lady at the till was not friendly at all. While they made our food on the counter they were leaning over the counter and their shirts were dragging through the food. Not a typical Tim Hortons standard.

Ordered ahead on the ap so I could swing by in a camper with kids and grab a tea.Set ap for 10 mins arrived in 15 and no sign of drinks. Had to ask and was told that they wait for people to come in! They then had to steep the tea! Goodness people think ahead.

How can a Tim Hortons be out of donuts and bagels with more than 2 hours to go until closing? The people working" at this location were sitting having a chat when we walked in. Couldn't they have been making what Tim Hortons used to be known for (donuts)? To top it off

The service is very poor. I went at 7:30pm for dinner, but I was told that they were cleaning the grill and were not serving hot food any more. I then ordered a sandwich. I waited 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made. They were more concerned about cleaning the grill than focusing on the customers and preparing food. I'm not sure if they were trying to leave early, but it seems like they should start their nightly clean up once customer hours are done at 9pm.

I go here everyday. Seriously disappointing with no excuse at this point. Egg shells in the food. The wraps are a mess, never properly toasted and have to be peeled off of the paper wrapper, and about 70% of the time they don’t put sugar in the coffee. They’re careless with the orders they put out.

It was busy with one person running drive through and till. (3:00)5 employees were deep cleaning and bathrooms were all closed. Don’t they deep clean after hours?? The place smelled strongly of bleach and pretty much got pushed out so they could clean
