You must give this store a try for your mattress/bed needs!! Although I did not end up purchasing a product from this store YET (ended up with a brand they did not carry), I am glad that I checked them out. My fiancee and I felt welcomed from the start to end. The bed-education they provided was top-notch and they took the time to patiently explain to us the differences in materials/products. They also gave us a barrier to keep the beds clean when we tried out a lot of the mattresses from different price ranges.Thank you Allen E. and the staff of this store for displaying exemplary customer service. Wish you guys nothing but the best!

Super friendly and very helpful. Explained why our previous mattress purchases have never been satisfactory. New bed is immediately comfortable even though we switched from 40 years of pocket coil to latex. Looking forward to many years of comfort!

Allan was such a help, he didn't sell us a mattress when he absolutely could have, instead he explained why we were having issues with our current mattress. We absolutely appreciated it and were able to get a support from them to fix the problem. Will for sure go back when we do need a new mattress!

Assisted a friend in purchasing a mattress for their parent whose health is in decline. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. They were adequately helpful, though could have been a little more engaging.Price was reasonable and pickup at the loading dock was generally convenient.

The salesman was extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a mattress etc.I would rate everything 10 out 10. For someone who hasn’t bought a mattress for many years I made an excellent choice with their help!!!

I bought a mattress from this company and my experience was like what other real people's comment confirms. They won't tell you it's final sell until after you pay and they ask you to sign the receipt without disclosing that it's final sale which is written somewhere in the long receipt they give so later they can say because you signed it means you accept it and totally deny the fact that they didn't tell you it's final sale bc otherwise you probably won't buy from them as there are other companies that provide satisfaction gaurantees that you can return if you not satisfied. I found this very deceptive and dishonest and it shows that they don't selling you quality product with competetive price otherwise they would have been honest in selling.As you might guess they didn't accept that they didn't told me about final sale and they did nothing to get back the mattress I was not even used.
