ECCO Richmond Centre

LOVE the white leather sneakers I purchased, which are stylish and comfortable right out of the box. Ecco shoes are great but what sets this location apart is the service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I highly recommend this store.

Nice place with customer service that needs improvement.I just had a unpleasent experience at this rmd store Saturday evening/Feb 12. I bought a pair of shoes from Ecco outlet store that afternoon and they had an additional discount of 20% which made it even better of a steal. I was trying to buy an additional pair like beforefor good deals. (bought 5 pairs for work and you know Ecco is awesome in making nice looking as well as comfy shoes) Assocciate advised me he could order for me online but it will take probably 10 days to arrive. He also let me know if I am willing to go to their Richmond center I can get one the same day. He was trying to call the store but their phone was occupied by another staff. I decided to just drive to rmd center because its not really too far and there was 3 of my size in stock and wont be gone that fast. By the time I arrived I was advise by a young lady associate that they were not aware of an additional 20% their outlet store was offering so she has to have her manager call the outlet store to confirm. After confirming with the outstore the lady told me her manager won’t honor the duscount because they are a retail store and asked me to work with the outlet store again. I just left with half an hour wasted. I work in the customer service sector as well and this is apparently a good example of failure. ecco ended up with one less sale and one upset customer.

Friendly and professional service from the store manager and staff.Have purchased many shoes and boots over several years at this store. Recently purchased golf shoes and are the most comfortable golf shoes I have worn.I will definitely come back to this store.C.Kershaw

I was looking for shoes and was not sure which one to buy and from where. So I tried Ecco first time and I got amazed with your service. I think staff name was Pavy. I always prefer a place where it’s not pushy(sales wise) and I think staff was very polite and friendly and understanding.I bought a pair and will come visit again.Thank you so much

The manager and assistant managers are so sweet with helping me find sizes and assisting me with what I want to find! Also, the sales associate Carol is super friendly and talkative as well! They’re all amazing people.

The workers and mangers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They were excited to help me pick out a product and gave solutions to any questions I had.

I went to the store today to return the shoes I bought 2 weeks ago from another location. I had my receipt and shoes, and the clerk told me the credit card did not match on the receipt, which I was very surprised because that number had never existed in any person from my household. I even showed my online banking credit card statement to the clerk, and she even called the store manager, and nothing is solved at the end. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional service from them.I went back home and did the research and realized if I paid through Apple Pay, the credit card ending may show differently (I did mention to the clerk that I paid through Apple Pay).Really wasting of my time to get nothing done. The return process should not be complicated.

I went to this Echo’s branch and there were only three customers in the store. The store’s associates closed the shop. After 15 minutes of waiting, a customer left the store, but the associate did not allow me to enter and said:” there is enough customers in the store now”, but a customer just came out !! That didn’t make sense at all. Anyway, I visited two more times and both times the store was closed because only one or two customers were inside !! I think it is better to choose an employee with better performance !!!
