I called because my car battery died while I was pulling out of my driveway. Im blocking my neighbours in my strip from being able to leave and if there is an emergency, the ambulance can’t get through. I waited for 20 minutes on hold only to be spoken to by a rude employee, being told that they aren’t towing today. I explained that my car is in an area where i’m blocking etc, to be told they’re too busy so they’re refusing everyone. Busy - but refusing everyone? I asked if someone could at least come and pull the car out and she said nope we don’t do that. I told her if there is an emergency that emergency vehicles will not be able to get through and she said if there’s an emergency to just call 911. The girl was extremely rude and offered no solution whatsoever. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
