Blue Grass Nursery, Sod & Garden Centre - Red Deer

I had the utmost experience today while shopping at Blue Grass, I came in not knowing what I was looking for or where to start looking. Right away I was greeted by Lexie and she helped garner exactly what it was I was looking for and even went further to suggest what products she believed would be the best fit for me. She took the time to show me many different options, as well as explaining the care needed behind them. Lexie was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the products she is working with and I was very lucky to have her assist me with my purchases. In the future I will most definitely be returning to Blue Grass because of the great customer service I received from her today.

We just happened to be driving that way. My husband is looking for a maple tree and found a beautiful selection. The prices are very reasonable for the maturity and quality.I was able to buy a couple of plants to bring home. Prices are VERY good!!! Like I said, we were traveling and couldn't buy much but we WILL be back!

Some of the most beautiful sod I've ever seen before and cheaper than home depot! I'll be shopping there for any of jj's small engine repair and lawncares needs from now on!

Awesome garden center! Such a wide variety of all kinds of plants. Prices are very reasonable as well.

Do not order mulch here. While I am very happy with the plants I purchased from Blue Grass Nursery I am very disappointed with my order of mulch and cannot recommend them to anyone purchasing mulch or other aggregates. Ordering the mulch and sod was easy with good service however the mulch delivered was mixed with sand and rocks which have only become more obvious with the rain. I suspect I will be picking rocks out of my new flowerbeds for years to come. Unfortunately my black mulch have many lighter coloured rocks in it.

Every time i come to bluegrass the staff is amazing!! I visited today with a mini entourage to get a few plants, pots and fertilizer. The lady we had was Amazing and super patient with me! I ❤❤❤ shopping here! I hope the owner see's this snd gives props to the lady who helped make my Canna lavendar pots!!

Huge rave to Kim in the garden centre! She is incredible and needs to be greatly acknowledged by management. She is so helpful and kind. Two years in a row now assisting me in putting together something beautiful for my shade bucket. So grateful.

We love this greenhouse. The staff is so incredibly kind!
