While their consignment program is amazing, their selection is less than stellar. Be warned that if you’re a size 14/L and over, best not shop here because their size range caters mostly to small, thin, and petite—even in their F&C branded section, the sizes run very small

This place has gone downhill. 3 stars for buying. A lot of the space is now filled with cheap new/sample products rather than consigned items. Sadly, 2 stars for selling. The consigning staff are strange about what is selected, which I can understand as tastes differ. But the items that are selected got appraised at around 30% of the original selling price, so after their cut you'll barely get 10%. They claim they're pricing it 50 to 70% of the original price and that was absolutely not true from what I experienced, even for excellent condition items. Too bad you don't find out about prices until after the contract is signed. I would only sell here as a last resort before donating.

I buy almost all my clothes here, they have great selection and it’s just so much fun to hunt for the best original piece. Love looking through all the little treasures they hide all over the place.

My wife has been selling her second hand clothes here for years! Yeah, they take a big chunk of the profits, but save us hassle and time to sell clothes elsewhere. Feel good to have your unwanted clothes used by someone else and still make some money.

Usually have a decent experience here but they have a policy of making you check any bags you take into the fitting room even though they are counting the number of items you take in so it's not like you could steal anything if you were so inclined. Then they give the bags to the front desk staff so you have to pick them up there. Today there was a line up at the front desk so I tried to get the attention of 2 staff who were chatting with each other leaning against the back counter. The one taller dark haired one turned to me and very rudely said I'm busy" and turned away. I didn't think it was appropriate to make people stand in line to pick up their own bags

have always had a pleasant experience in their main retail store, however I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences now in their pop up “cottage core” shop next to the main store. Both times I went in, I wasn’t treated or welcomed by the person behind the desk but just rudely looked at. The first time, I waited for over 15 minutes to try on quite a few dresses as I was shopping for a wedding, and the entire time I was waiting, and also during and after I tried them on, the sales associate said absolutely nothing to me. The second time I went in I had a similar experience but with a completely different employee.

This store is honestly massive and it includes new and used items they have so much Aritzia stuff and their shoe selection is to die for they have some pretty good named brands as well and all the employees are super stylish! Store layout super appealing! Park at the park a block away for free parking.

I just walked around this store and saw the most beautiful dress in my life. I thought that it must be so expensive, but only $40 for it. Super friendly and nice staff! Thank you for this experience.

My favourite consignment store. They have 3 storefronts adjacent to each other. Two that sell clothing and one that sells home goods. The clothing are sorted by colour. There were a lot of Aritzia and Zara items at reasonable prices. In all honesty though, sometimes you can find items sold for less on clearance at the original stores. I do appreciate the shopping experience though. Something just feels so relaxing about those hangers sliding on the rails as you browse.
