Lock Stock Coffee
Popped in here while we waited for the EPS funeral procession. A bit of a hole in the wall downstairs, dark but delicious. Order at the door coffee and treats, the pudding cake was absolutely delectable. The tea latte was fantastic after coffee shop hopping all morning. Staff was friendly and quick. Ample seating, wifi and power to do a bit of work too.

Came in for lunch today. Entered through the wrong doors and sat down and was ignored which was probably my fault.I got up after a few mins and found the front counter. I ordered and my bagel and coffee and was served the food very promptly! Mocha was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time. Bagel was pretty tasty as well! I liked how chill it was there and I liked the music. Will most definitely pop in again sometime :)

Such a great breakfast spot! Lots of seating, friendly staff and we absolutely loved the focaccia sandwiches. We got the eggplant and the cauliflower ones and the eggplant was our fave. It’s a dark and cozy atmosphere with bar vibes. Order at the front before sitting down. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice breakfast spot in the area!

Super cozy coffee shop. The lattes were delicious and the breakfast sandwich I had was delicious. I like that it’s kind of dark and located in the basement level away from the traffic of Jasper Ave. The service was interesting - I feel like I got attitude and felt uncomfortable interacting with every single person there, from the girl who took our order at the till, to the one who brought us our food and the one who picked up our dishes. Must have been an off day?!

Had a little brunch here with a friend, no complaints. The lox bagel I had was delicious, I wish I had more than one. Wasn’t terribly priced. The atmosphere was great, comfortable, and the service was good.I will be back.

Honestly I love this little coffee shop during my coffee break. The staff is always super friendly and a lot of items are made fresh in house. If you get there earlier enough to have breakfast make sure you get a sammich with a hashbrown on it! No regrets!

Have enjoyed coming to Lock Stock for quite some time. There are many coffee establishments within the block but this one has great food offerings, pastries and super java on tap. Their biscuits and kouign-amanns are super.The space is interesting. It's a bar by night and during the day it serves as a space as a coffee and dining space. It's cozy and functional.The service is great. Helpful and kind.4 x ☕☕☕☕

I have only been here in the mornings a few times, so I only had the chance to try out a few of their breakfast sandwiches and coffee. While simple in presentation, you can really taste the flavour of all the ingredients. For instance, the subtle sweetness of the house-made tomato jam stands out with the savoury taste of the meat. Americano is pretty much what you would expect as well. Service is also pretty quick, and the workers are friendly. I’ll definitely be back to try out some more, especially some of their fresh baked goods.Also worth mentioning it’s quite interesting to visit the place during the day when comparing it to the bar atmosphere of Red Star during pre-pandemic nights. When restrictions aren’t in place, it can be a nice getaway for productivity settling in one of the booths.

Cozy atmosphere, but my coffee and breakfast sandwich were unexceptional. The sandwich lacked flavor abd would be improved if the muffin was buttered (came dry, but fresh). Coffee was fine, but the music is quite loud so it's not the best space to work or study.
