Indian lady working there lied to me and was incompetent. Apple courier sent me an email that my package was there to pick up at 2:50pm. I called to verify and gave my full name and phone number. Lady said she would call be back.One hour goes by and no call back, so I called her and asked what time they're open until. She says 6pm. I decided to drive there to talk to her directly as she was not calling me back.I arrived at 5:20pm and she promptly asks for my ID. I show her and she said she couldn't find the package as she didn't have my information (which I gave her on the phone an hour earlier). THEN she says Apple courier didn't deliver my package... and said that Apple courier didn't deliver two packages the previous day also.I said Look

Disgusting!!!! I paid for delivery, wrote comment everywhere that buzzer not working, please call me(my phone #), got message that delivery will be btw 1 and 3 p.m. today June 23(got a day off because of delivery) at 1.33 p.m. got message...DHL Express tried to deliver at 1.13 p.m. but no one was home. Arrange redelivery.....but I was waiting in lobby(even checked outside several times), and nobody call me!!!!! Moreover, I asked manager whose room near the entrance, he confirmed nobody was there.........DHL-NEVER AGAIN. And I will be claim fully refund for fake delivery!Updates: 1. I paid for EXPRESS DHL delivery plus got unpaid day off and next possible window to get my small parcel is June 26(thanks for fake delivery)....its more than 7 days for EXRESS delivery!2. option2. Delivery for free....5 days!

The gentleman working here was so kind and patient with me when I was distraught over getting my husband’s (forgotten) medical supplies to him ASAP. He took my day (which was awful) and had me leaving with a smile and a lighter heart. If that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is.

One star for being open on time, but that's where the positivity ends. Booked a 15' truck from U-haul via this outfit. Took time off work to 'move.' No truck. It's not our problem, it's yours from the get go. Go home and Google for yourself they told me, see if there's an available vehicle somewhere else... I refused to leave until THEY had rung around and actually provided me with information. Then they refused to call a taxi so I could go pick it up! Despicable 'service.' Couldn't cancel the transaction quick enough. I would strongly NOT recommend Skymart White Rock.

Service was good. But My product was 100$ and i spent 80$ on shipping and customs from a U.S product .
