Small store with lots of stuff. So much easier to shop here than one of the big box stores. Very helpful staff. Easy parking lot. Great hours. Very rarely do I have to go elsewhere (other than lumber and footings).

Good service knowledgeable staff always willing to help is the way it was. Now it has hostility and poor service. I had called several times to discuss their customer service guy telling me to shop elsewhere due to his extreme rudeness. Phone calls have not been returned . Online orders do not get filled until you phone in and ask why you have not been emailed back or called days later. Very disapointed. Not what it was

So i ordered a couple of things online and payed for them, thinking that, due to covid, i could stay out of the store and make things safer for everybody. Turns out you still have to wait in line, go in the store, right to the back, wait around and go through the cash, even though you have paid for your items. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering.

Ralph and the team at this hardware store are amazing. They have an extensive inventory with many things needed for this region. Great hours. They're courteous and follup on special orders.I'm glad they're in our neighborhood.

These guys are amazing.I had a last-min bbq gas connection appointment only a few days out and Wayne and Jamie from the store managed to get me sorted + bbq delivered without me there, SAME DAY. We get up north that night and it’s there waiting for the gas hookup appt with no issues.Thanks team. The staff makes all the difference.

We are from Toronto. We desperately needed to have a copy of a key for the boathouse. Can. Tire, Home Deport, Rona couldn’t do it. Somebody mentioned Home Hardware store. We drove along the Main Street and at Joseph’s intersection was Home Hardware…. Closed!! After driving back and forth somebody directed to this store. What a relief!! They did the key!! GREATLY APPRECIATE IT.
