I recently visited a fast food restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly staff. The atmosphere was bright, clean, and inviting.One thing that stood out to me was the attention to detail in presentation. Every item was beautifully plated and looked as good as it tasted. If I could give zero stars I would.Gross. Every single one of the meals ordered. We went in for my son's birthday and he was devastated with his meal. There was a group of four of us (one paid separately). None of us finished our meals, in the current economy, wasting food is not overly optional. But for over $50 for three meals, I would have expected better food, with more flavour and not cold. The breading for my son's chicken was still partially raw and his noodles were a hard clump smothered in orange chicken sauce (not the sweet and sour he ordered) the ginger beef had no flavor unless you count the oil flavor and my daughters butter chicken was lumpy and cold. 3 of us became quite nauseous and one of us ended up sick. Before even leaving we brought this up and i didnt expect a full refund or anything, a partial refund yes but instead was just told we could have our meals remade. We were already disappointed, why continue the disappointment? With the complete disregard of customer service, we left feeling very unheard and shoved off. Will absolutely not be returning.

Ended up getting a refund before the food even came out because the staff at this location clearly have no idea what cross contamination/food safety is or how it works. The lady at till was touching her face/hair, handling cash/debit machine,and the gross bathroom key then proceeds to bag food/handle cutlery/napkins and pour sauces for customers without any hand washing when there Is a sink within 3 steps of till! The guy in the back had what appeared to be a large cut on his finger wrapped in a gauze without a glove, highly unsanitary. No beard or hair nets either! Do not recommend!!!!

This became my absolute favorite restaurant . The food was fantastic and no matter what I order I am delighted with my meal! The staff were great and efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Dawson creek. All thanks to komal she is absolutely amazing, she knows what exactly she is doing.

Ordered a noodle box with extra beef. It was over $20, and there was barely a sliver of meat to be found anywhere. Staff was friendly, food took a while, but they were busy. For the price vs what you get, there are far better options. Won't be going back.

I asked for extra sauce and no carrots. There was barely any sauce in my food and a lot of carrots. Other wok box stores had 0 problem with my request. I dont mind paying extra, you charged me for extra chicken and extra sauce and there's barely any sauce and barely any chicken.Extremely annoyed but after driving for 7+ hours I am too tired to go back to the store.I have had Wok Box at 3 different provinces and multiple cities. This is not extra chicken

Haven't been to Wok Box for years, and it was worth the wait. Stopped by on the Grand Opening weekend when certain items were on sale. I ended up ordering the teriyaki box with noodles. The combo comes with 2 spring rolls and a drink.The meal was very delicious and fresh, I love it when places make things fresh from order. Definitely work checking out if you haven't already

If i could, i would absolutely give this zero stars. We came here for my nephew’s birthday dinner and I ordered the orange crispy chicken and the bang bang shrimp and the batter on all of it was undercooked, gooey, and all around disgusting. My nephew’s noodles smelled rancid and none of us could finish our meals. We requested a refund but were only offered new food instead after expressing our concerns and disgust. I spent $30 on my meal alone and it was inedible and now all 4 of us are incredibly nauseous. We absolutely will not be eating here again and I have since contacted customer support for my refund.
