Centric Dental

I have been going to Dr. Sherman Ng's office for a decade now and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Dr. Ng is very professional, patient, and caring for his patients. The hygienist, Wayne, is also excellent and I think he must have picked up the vibe from Dr. Ng -- He is very attentive and takes the time to not only answer my questions but also explain each step through the process. Even the entire reception team (except one staff whom I had issues with in one of my previous visits) is super friendly and professional.

Dr. Sherman Ng has been my family dentist for about 10 years. He is the best that we’ve had so far. He is very caring, professional, and his office staff are always courteous, helpful, and cheerful. I’ve referred Dr. Ng to my friends and the feedback had always been excellent. So glad to have a great dentist like Sherman and I just hope that he will never retire and continue with his good work.

I've been a patient at Centric Dental for the past 7 years,and I couldn't be happier with their services.The receptionists have always been very kind and welcoming.Dr. Ng is an excellent dentist, if your looking for the best he's the guy to see!!!

I've been for dental cleanings, Jocelyn used to be great but unfortunately she left. New hygienists are not good, and both dentists I've seen are either not personable at all or don't seem to know what they're doing. The dentist expects you to remember every single thing you've been told from years ago and basically act like you failed a test if you don't remember what they said. Receptionists have been super rude before and only became nicer after we told them off. They are also super pushy over the phone which is really annoying. Every time I go here, it is awkward and uncomfy which I have not experienced in any other clinic I've been to.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Sherman Ng for over 10 years! We are glad we found him after our dentist for many many years retired. With no hesitation, we have been recommending Dr. Ng to all our families and friends, especially those with small kids. Some of them are even outside of Richmond Hill area.We all love him! Dr. Ng is very gentle, calm, professional and passionate in what he does! He is still young and we hope he doesn't retire any time soon!His staff is very courteous, pleasant and helpful! Would recommend Centric Dental in a heartbeat to anyone!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ng since the early days of his clinic many years ago. His clinic's standards - from the staff, equipment, to patient services have been consistently high. Dr. Ng is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He was especially kind towards my elderly parents, for which I am very grateful. Dr. Ng and his staff were even kind enough to pick up my father and drove him back home on several occasions when we could not arrange transportation for him. Dr. Ng always provides clear explanations and distinguishes treatments and procedures that are urgent versus those that are optional or could be postponed/considered in the future. We will continue to see Dr. Ng and his team at Centric Dental in the years to come.

Dr. Sherman Ng is excellent and has been my family dentist for many years. He along with the other hygienists are all very patient, thorough and great at explaining any planned procedures. Dr Ng has been my dentist since his clinic first opened over 10 years ago. He's a great dentist who pays much attention to the needs of his patients. Overall the staff at his office are incredibly responsive and flexible and the dental hygienists have been wonderful.

I’ve been going to Dr. Ng since Centric first opened. Great service. The office is modern and clean, with steaming video service while I get my teeth looked after. Underground parking in the winter months is a plus!
