Went in to look at a Honda Ruckus, of which there were two identical ones in the showroom. One guy said he'd get another guy to talk to me about the scooter. I looked at the Ruckus. I waited. I looked some more. I left.

They were nice enough at first but I brought my sled there from out of town for basic clutch because they were a skidoo dealer. They did not have any simple parts to do anything for me sled without ordering stuff in. They knew I needed my sled and when I wanted to pick up and booked it in knowing they had nothing to service it with. When I arrived to pick up my sled on the scheduled time, it was still in pieces. Waited for hours for them to slap it back together and was charged 559 just to look at it.

2nd Try. There won't be a '3rd time a charm' Wanted to stay local. After purchasing a Rhino there, the follow up support was awful, indifferent at best. This past week I was in the market for a Honda Generator. Would the desk staff help? Nope. How hard is it to offer customer service? Learn your product. Get out from behind your computer screen, get off your chair and try cracking a smile. After waiting long enough to finally ask ( I am very patient ), 'Does anyone want to sell me a generator?' Off she goes to find Jay. Nope. 'I dont know where he is.' Jay greeted the Gentleman that came in right after me, I can only assume he was wearing the right clothes, had the right toys or his money was better? So disappointed. You should be embarrassed. I have never felt welcome walking in there. You dont deserve the 1 star I had to submit.

These guys are great. I came into town on a road trip with a sketchy looking front tire and turned to Banner for help. They quickly found a replacement tire for me in their stock, but unfortunately didn't have the shop capacity to replace it. Instead, they called over to another shop in town and confirmed they could help me. Later, when the other shop didn't have the right tire in stock, Banner quickly sent them the one they had, and I was quickly back on the road.

My experience dealing with Jay and his aftercare/customer service was extremely unsatisfactory. Take my advice and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. His professionalism poorly refected on Honda as a whole in my eyes.

My family has had nothing but trouble with these guys. Outrageous bills, wrong parts, kept bike for ages without even ordering the parts. Poor customer service.

Was passing thru town and had a front flat on my bike, without a spare tube on hand. The guys helped me out on a Saturday with a quick repair and got me back on the road in no time. I’m not even a regular customer! Really appreciate the helpful service!! Thanks Peak Performance!

Jay and his team at Peak Performance provide great and reliable customer service. Its a busy shop and they are quick to return calls and have a good selection of dirt bikes and accessories. Highly recommend if you are in the market. Byron

I had a very positive experience buying a snowmobile here. The owner gave me a fair price and even met me halfway from my home (4 hours away) so I wouldn't have to drive 8 hours round trip to pick it up. I recommend this place.
