I booked my ticket online and I missed my flight. The airline told me that they can't do anything and gave me Voyzant's contact. Voyzant told me that they are consolidators and don't sell the ticket to consumers directly. However, they found out where I bought my ticket from and helped me to get another ticket on the next flight. They could have ignored me and not do anything about it. Thanks guys for helping me out. Keep up your excellent service.

Worst experience ever! I booked my ticket 6 months ago and flight was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. I requested them about my refund but there is no reply. I paid CAD 1352.06 . Finally i found name voyzant from airline but they are doing same thing as gate1.ca no reply of my emails. My humble request to give me refund or credit so i can book my ticket again. This kind of amount not a joke for me.
