We usually order pastries from there, however this time around it was not fresh. The raspberries look like they were 3 days old. It was embarrassing to serve this for father’s day brunch. My wife called and the manager said she was going to consult the owner. I find it ridiculous that for $20 worth of pastries, one would risk loosing a customer.

This is one of the best pattisserie in la prairie..And we have alteday ordered two ti.es from here...one in last September and one for day before yesterday...one was of mermaid theme and other one elsa...The cake looks soo beautiful that didnt want to cut it...perfection and details of the cake is amazing...I gave the pics for reference and they made the cake exactly same....awsome experience..

This place is great. Fresh baked goods, pastries and cakes along with daily specials. They also have a good choice of sandwiches and salads made daily. Very fresh.

$5.20 for a white regular Belgian bread.When I said it’s a bit pricey for a regular bread, she did not even dignify me with an answer.Never again.

During a trip down memory lane of my childhood, I was seeking a French patisserie that my parents would frequent every Sunday for the best chocolatines in the 80s. We stopped in hoping this was the spot. According to the lovely cashier, probably not BUT so happy we stopped in. Got a box of 6 mixed pastries. Everything was fresh, well made and quality ingredients. We certainly won us over. Wish we lived closer. Highly recommend.

My wife and I made two visits a week apart for coffee+snacks; both great. Decent coffee - well worth avoiding Tim's and Starbuck's for this! Very good baked goods - the raspberry muffins are outstanding! Lunch food looked good. Good value.
