Why, yur psw working in the hospital specially the psw so lazy , if somebody applying in yur company you have to double check , yur PSW No common sense , some of them graduate in a nice school but they very lazy

Great company to work for. The application process is thorough but simple to complete - you find work where you want to work, when, set your wage expectation and availability. Maybe you need a supplemental income, looking for full time work, love networking or simply enjoy the hospitality and service industry? I highly reccommend Staffy Event Management!

So I joined this app 2years ago but I have never worked a shift before with them because I have been going back and forth to approve my credentials which I clearly uploaded but they keep demanding for something new each time which made me spend a lot of money on mask fit tests. Their communication is bad because you keep talking to someone different each time so you end up repeating the process all over. I got to a point of thinking maybe they are scammers because if you are trying to hire people for work you wouldn’t try so hard to make the whole process hard . Maybe it’s good it didn’t workout because I heard people complaining that they don’t pay. That was my experience and it was a bad one and I have prove.ALERT: SCAMMERS

No doubt. Staffy payrate is better than other agencies but don’t care about their employees. Even with minor mistakes they let their employees leave and/or deactivate their account. At least, they have to give their employee one chance to speak up. lack of job security.

I applied to Staffy thinking this is the UN Agency kind of revolution it claims to be. Unfortunately, it touts that you can set your own rate as you see fit. I am not greedy, I just want an agency that can provide me shifts but at the same time match the same rate as what other agencies have to offer. They accepted me pretty quick. When I looked at shifts, they only have limited hospitals in downtown Toronto. They offer $60/hour for an ICU RN. Other agencies I was accepted at offer $85-87/ hour. What a big difference! They now even offer Sunnybrook at $70/hr. You are may be thinking they upped their game but another agency I work with offers $92/hour when in Sunnybrook. These other agencies have more people but they pay more. How come this startup Staffy with a handful of staff running the show pay so little. Maybe they are thinking that the UN- Agency revolution is to UN-derpay nurses like me. Such a dishonest UN-Agency this is. Please do not claim that we can set our own rate if we cannot really do it. Please do not disrespect nurses. The government has already disrespected us. And now, you are ripping us off as well? UNAgency = UNderpay. Stay away from this radical agency startup. Thank you.

The worst app doesn't depend on this they can turn off your account anytime without any notificationsI left my permanent job because of this and eventually they have stopped my account without any notification and reasonI would never recommend this app everThey did not even deserve 1 star

The people working in this company threat their contractors/ employees like dogs and only care about their clients, they are never on your side and always blaming you even when the mistakes are from their end like apps error, no notification for a shift etc. And you can even get a penalty when you are not able to show up for any reason.But their clients can cancel same day and you get nothingStay away from them, you’ll give yourself a favor

This app has definitely been put together by someone who is not skilled and they certainly didn't do proper testing before roll out. It's terribly inefficient and poorly programed. It's a shame because it's a really great idea!
