Absolutely amazing customer service!! I was having some issues with a cartridge purchased from Image Creations. They helped me get a new one from the manufacturer AND sent me a replacement until my warrantied one could arrive, saving me so much time and trouble! My customers didn't have to wait and that makes them and me so happy! I was a loyal customer before but now I am definitely a lifetime loyal customer!
