Never in my lifetime have I ordered a new vehicle. I decided to do so during a global chip shortage and a pandemic. Needless to say the journey was not an easy one especially on my patience. 7 months later with help of Liz Rezel and the team at peterborough Chrysler I couldn't be happier with my new truck. Customer service at its best.

Hands down best dealership to deal with. Terry (GM) and Paul (Business Manager) are good people with good intentions! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and both experiences have been exceptional. They are communicative, honest, and easy going. Great team to have by your side when finding and purchasing a vehicle there. I was referred to Terry by a friend at the dog park in London, and I am so thankful I was! I recently decided to upgrade my vehicle and have always been a fan of Grand Cherokees. I easily could have found the same vehicle in London, but drove all the way to Peterborough so I could buy my new (used) car from Terry because he was so incredibly helpful and trustworthy. It was the first time I bought a car on my own and as a young female, it’s unfortunately common to be taken advantage of my the typical “car salesman”, but Terry was the opposite. He told me what to do and what not to do, even if it would have made him some extra cash. Just drove home in my new ride and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Terry!

Took my truck in for a recall. They were quick and thorough.I take all my servicing there. I get great treatment and the work is done in a professional manner.Several years later and I am still coming here and happy with the service.

I dont recommend this dealership, i was sold a ram 2500 longhorn with a broken side mirror (my fault for not knowing perhaps) but they Knowingly sold it and with held that information from me .. thats not honest period .. when politely asked what they'll do about it i was told the dealership cant afford to replace it maybe i should try a wreckers (this dealership owns 5 dealerships) and i asked to have the cargo lights replaced in the truck bed (that detail was overlooked) lastly i would think when buying a relatively new vehicle, the dealership would fill the tank up well not this dealership..

Amazing experience! Terry, Dillon and especially Paul worked extremely hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Paul went way above what he needed to do to help me and in the end was able to secure me a vehicle. Thanks to all 3 of you for all your help.
