I have a sick kitten and have been calling every vet in the area to try to get someone to fit her in. I called this location and relayed the same explanation for what's going on with my kitten in hopes of them understanding the urgency and finding a way to fit us in. The woman on the phone began saying okay... okay... We don't have any appointments if that's what you're looking for

We were on a cancellation list and the Clinic was prompt to contact us. We had to decline the first appointment but the Clinic did not hesitate to reach out again later that day about another opening. The staff were helpful and friendly.

My first visit to this clinic and I was very impressed with the facilities and staff. Everyone was so helpful and professional, and they took great care of my year old cat, who needed to be spayed. Highly recommend them!

Quick service, even with getting there late. Kind vets and secretaries, and were able to give accurate info concerning my rabbits issues. Definitely made a good choice in following Dr. Moon from Massena to Ogdensburg

Better make an appointment now if you plan on your pet needing something in the next couple years.

My female Jack Russell was having trouble birthing her pups. They were there for me and my girl. The staff were kind, helpful and informative. The billed..at the end was VERY fair.

Every vet near and around Fort Drum was either not taking new clients or had no available appointments. Town and Country took my information and called me as soon as they had an opening. My dog had an ear infection, so luckily they called me back in a few hours to fit me in. The trip was worth it. They were kind and friendly and interested in getting my dog the best help. The doctor took the time to get acquainted with my dog before looking in his ears. I totally expected to pay $300+ but when I left, the price was a little over $100 for the visit, medicine, and the shots that he was due for. We were very pleased with this clinic and are considering making them our vet even though it’s an hour drive for us. That should say a lot. Hope anyone reading this gives this vet their business.

Unable to have my dog, who was suddenly unable to walk and incontinent, seen at 3 locations: was told they don't have a vet in Massena, was told to try emergent care in Canada or Syracuse (3 hr drive), was told to call back in the morning. They didn't even ask what the problem was. Not the 1st time getting health care was a battle. Last time she had not eaten for 4 days, drank for 36hrs & was having trouble walking. I had to tell them I didn't think she'd live much longer in order to get in the next day. Lousy way to run a business that suppose to care about animals. So frustrating to watch my babies suffering or in trouble, knowing the care they need is less than 30 min away & I can't access it. Recommend small town vet over this big box store clinic any day.
