Seven Stars Auto Group Ltd

We came from out-of-town and purchased a vehicle from Seven Stars just over 2 months ago. When we arrived the vehicles on their Marine Drive lot were jam packed (could hardly squeeze between the vehicles) and being on a busy road the opportunity for a proper viewing was very challenging, especially in the rain! Prior and upon our arrival we asked all the right questions, including if our rep, Carl, noticed any damage, mechanical or cosmetic, that he should disclose to us. He assured us that all was well. Post purchase, a day later, we found some obvious cosmetic damage on different parts of the vehicle. Understanding it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to do a thorough inspection we have no ground to stand on but we expected more from the dealership. When writing up the vehicle contract we verbalized to Carl and Raymond, who also works at the Marine Drive location, three things that we needed supplied with the vehicle purchase. They committed to mail these items to us at the dealership and again in my two follow-up emails post sale. To this day we have received nothing and Carl just informed us he no longer works at Seven Stars. Our attempts to reach Raymond, via phone (cell & landline) has been unsuccessful. Be cautious in your dealings with Seven Stars. Unfortunately we can only provide 2 stars for Seven Stars.

Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate behavior! They know little about cars too very basic questions. I can't believe I wasted my time for them. Very bad location by the way. Expect a very bad experince when you deal with this dealership. They wasted my time and opened their office 30 min later than our appointment I spent whole that time walking in the street and finally the very first question I asked them here's what I was answered: don't wate our time! (I know why: because they care about expensive deals and money not customers).A message to them: Good luck with your business unprofessionals! Don't be so happy as covid will go away, new cars will be around again, and people won't even look back to your small business.

Was in the market for a Mercedes G wagon and was surprised to see how many were available. I looked at 2 private sales and then saw one posted at 7 star by Trevor Harding. All seemed to be in near perfect condition. I was going to purchase one of the private sales but was warned by Trevor to check out the history myself even though the seller provided with a Carproof. Sure enough he was right and the Carproof was not up to date and in fact the private sale had a $30,000 claim that was being hidden from me. Trevor even paid for a brand new report on his car to show me the exact history. I ended up going with 7 stars G wagon and have been happy with my purchase ever since. These guys are very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They seem to carry a little bit of everything.

I was looking for an Audi convertible in great condition and Seven Stars had the perfect vehicle. Carl and Trevor were great to deal with. The vehicle went to the shop prior to delivery for an inspection and the front brakes were at 40%. Carl let me know that both the front pads and rotors would be replaced. There was another small issue that was also taken care of at the same time.I would highly recommend Seven Stars, great experience.

They have a lot of luxury car, I bought Mercedes E400 coupe, very happy with it and their service. Trevor my salesman was very honest and not pushy, I did the deal a week after seeing it.

Bad vehicle buying experience I have had.First try to set up appointments and they do not reply. Second go to look at the vehicles awful detailing job on each vehicle I looked at. Third, the sales person, very rude person could not even looked you in the eye, bad attitude, all that convinced me to not spend my money in their location.I hope the world finally stands up to bad service.Since I wrote the review, Carl has contacted me and tried to make right. I have improved the rating.

Trevor was really cordial and answered all our questions. Was not pushy and a pleasure to deal with.

Was looking for a BMW X5 and with so many in the market I decided to check out some with the lowest mileage that weren't crazy expensive. The guys at Seven star had one that had only 40,000 km and was a 2009. They had all the service paperwork showing the mileage was correct and even let me bring the car to my friend who is a mechanic to check out. All that he could find that needed fixing was a seal has a small leak. The guys at 7 star had the job done within a day and I've had no issues with it since and love my new car. Thanks Carl and Trevor!

I highly recommend Seven Stars Auto Group on SW Marine Drive in Vancouver, in particular Carl. We just purchased a Mercedes from afar and based on Carl's honest and clear answers to my email questions, my husband and I purchased tickets and flew to Vancouver to pick up the vehicle. The car was exactly as described and we found Carl and his associate, Trevor, to be very friendly, professional, and above board with all aspects of the transaction. We would highly recommend this business!

Smooth experience buying from 7 Stars. Phoned in from Kelowna one day, drove down the next; a couple hours later we had traded in our aging van and were driving away with a hybrid SUV that we couldn’t find locally. Insurance completed onsite. Trevor and Carl were helpful and made the purchase experience relatively seamless. They appeared to be upfront about everything, leaving less need for much negotiation or a wasted trip. 3 month warranty, which we hopefully will not need... I would happily buy from 7 Stars again in the future as they seem to limit their stock to quality used vehicles.
