Best Western Plus Barrie

Decent hotel, needed an economic stop on our way back home after a vacation, so that's exactly what this place was, economic. Rooms were nice, big, clean and updated! They had a nice hot breakfast buffet in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The rooms were clean and the staff was fabulous - especially Brittany at the front desk. She made us laugh until we cried! Thank you. We will be back again and again

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this motel. Cleanliness is our number one priority and Best Western plus in Barrie met everything we looked for, in a clean motel. The breakfast was very good and was hot. The staff was very friendly and took pride in their work. We will be back here again soonThank you for the great hospitality

Great place to stay. Tried to phone a few other hotels to get a room, but got the call centre (even when trying the local number). Fourth call I got the hotel front desk receptionist. Lovely and friendly welcoming. They had a room for us (even though we were checking in after six). Held the room for us without even giving her our details except our name. Inviting lobby, with quick check-in, very nice, well-appointed room, a great sleep, and everything and more that we needed. Pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast, probably the best we've ever had. Quick check-out, receiving kind words when we left. I've saved this hotel in my notes" as the place to stay the next time we pass through Barrie."

We had a family room for the 5 of us with 3 comfy beds in 2 rooms. The hotel is just off Hwy 400. The pool is small but clean & a good temperature. Breakfast was the best I've experienced in a long time! Good selection, fresh, and lots of seating.

We spent the night here and it was very clean NO BED BUGS! Service was great, staff were friendly (thanks Arlene) and a special thanks for calling me to say we had left some items behind and were held safe till we picked them up. The pool was clean and warm and the rooms were cozy and the beds and linens were very comfy and the breakfast was delicious. See you again next year.

This review was written by my daughter Emma.I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus in Barrie.The room was nice, clean and had a tv so me and my siblings could watch tv at bedtime. The beds were comfortable, nice and roomy so me and sister were not all crammed up in a small bed. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The lady that prepared it was really nice and helpful. It was a great way to start my day! Thank you! One of my favorite parts of my stay was the pool. The pool was not too big or too small because I am 9 so the pool is just perfect. The pool was nice and warm and I have been in some really cold water! They also had towels to dry off after you get out of the pool. It was so much fun swimming in the pool! I am so happy me and my family went on a 6 hour long drive to get there and stay three nights there because it was worth it!Sincerely Emma

I’m 5’3”, and I can sit comfortably on this couch with my feet touching the floor. (A rarity). The tub is made of a non-slip texture. The striped floor is lovely. And the pool is just a nice size to not attract too many ‘splashers’ - I got it all to myself from 9-10 on a Friday. Great job, well done.
