John is simply the best. I went to him asking for a car which wasn't available. He was very upfront with me about the availability and didn't make any false promises like other Salesperson at every dealership. He followed up with me and delivered to his promis of getting me the car within days of me reaching out to him. He made it so easy for me that I didn't even have to sit with finance manager. He literally took care of everything for me and get me the car within days. I couldn't be more thankful.

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER*Worst experience I ever had buying a used car. John Koutrouliotis is a very pushy salesman who has no care or regard for customers. They “safetied” the car by putting summer tires in the winter and not shortly to find out there was a broken a/c, broken radiator, and dis aligned tires.

I just want to say that Sandra is a gem of a woman and it’s refreshing to see an honest salesperson in this industry. I am so often cheesed by dealerships and the way they try to finesse innocent people so she is a breath of fresh air. I will not even bother entertaining any other Chevy dealership for this reason. Good job Addison Chevrolet you’ve found a diamond.

I've been coming to this Chevrolet dealership in Mississauga for regular maintenance on both my vehicles since 2014.Only positive things to say.I really appreciate that they send me photos and detailed explanations whenever there is repair work.I love that they take long term customer relationships seriously. I've been hit by a couple surprise repairs over the years and they worked with me on the price rather than just going hard on retail rates - it has made a big difference in my life and means a lot.A big thank you to Kayla - a service admin there who compiled and emailed me 8 years of invoices in a week after I requested.love doing business here :)
